Everything was wonderful! My only critique is we opted to add truffles in a chef chosen dish while the dish itself was exquisite the truffles were lost & hence not worth the expense. Every dish was superb! We've dined at some of the best restaurants in the Americas & Europe & this deserves a spot high on that list! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Great service & food. Would have been a nice touch to substitute the meat-based side dishes (ex. Lamb sausage) from the pescaterian alternative menu rather than not serving it. Overall a great experience & would come back
Amazing & creative dishes. Delicate tastes & combinations. Excellent wine pairings. The amuse-bouche was the least interesting item & was outrageously priced compared to the rest of the set menu. I would definitely repeat this experience.
