Premier repas dans un restaurant étoilé pour nous & nous n'avons pas été déçus. Tout était parfait en commençant par le service impeccable.
Chaque plat était une découverte subtile, originale, fraîche. Que des produits du Québec ou du Canada, des accords parfaits. & l'accord vin a été également une magnifique surprise pour mon chum.
N'hésitez pas! En plus pour la qualité & l'expérience le prix est vraiment raisonnable.
Malheureusement ils ont des annulations de dernière minute chaque soir (hier soir 10 tables ont annulé au dernier moment & le restaurant n'est pas grand donc 😱😡). Alors appelez vers 15h le jour même pour tenter votre chance... Vu que le restaurant affiche complet jusqu'à la fin septembre.
I didn't have to say anything bad about it until now: recently it received a Michelin star --- meaning that I will probably never be able to make a reservation again! Congrats to them but this is really bad news for me... I was actually, literally, planning to invite a few friends there next month! I really do not like these Michelin guide (jk...) they only make it hard for me to go to my fav places...

Best tasting menu I've had in Montreal, & I've done many. I absolutely loved my time here & would recommend it to anyone who truly loves food & good ingredients. If I didn't have manners, I'd have licked every plate clean.
Every dish was a hit, from start to finish. Love the work on sauces & emulsions, so much depth & flavor. They all had this beautiful marine salinity. Could have had a whole meal of just bread & sauces.
Highlights for us were the foie gras & lobster tartelette, the calmar sausage & Cornwall chicken. The meringue dessert was also delicious.
The food is sophisticated, but it also makes you happy. De la vraie cuisine gourmande. It's not overly complicated, it is easy to enjoy, straight to the point. Beautiful ingredients, razor sharp techniques & execution.

My only criticism, & it might be a big deal for some, I find the wine list & pairings not to be at the same level as the fantastic food offered. I'd offer more classic wines, with more depth.
Most of the wines served follow the funky/light/nature wine trend we often see in the city, & I think it doesn't compliment the food as well.
We had a fantastic experience! Although our reservation was for 9:30 PM, we arrived about an hour early, & the staff kindly accommodated us without any hassle. My wife & I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The food was exceptional, & the service was top-notch from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!
J'avais hâte de retourner dans ce restaurant que j'avais adoré découvrir en 2022 & j'ai franchement été conquis à nouveau! Même que j'ai trouvé que le niveau (déjà haut) a été relevé! Un menu dégustation 5 services où tout s'harmonise bien, original, savoureux & super bien présenté. Le service est des plus sympathiques, on voit que l'équipe est fière & semble avoir du plaisir à y travailler & c'est contagieux. Je recommande vivement! Félicitations pour votre étoile Michelin bien méritée!

Came here for my partner's birthday - we were lucky to book before they earned their Michelin star. It lived up to the hype. Each dish was fresh, unique, & full of delightful surprises - we didn't want them to end.
My partner had the wine pairing & I had the non-alcoholic one. Both were thoughtfully curated, with a special shoutout to the bartender for the creativity behind the non-alcoholic options.
There was a hiccup - the wine pairing was missed for the first two courses until we asked. They ended up serving the missed wine with an extra dish we ordered (the lobster with foie gras - absolutely heavenly).
Ambiance : j'y suis allé avant & après les rénos & tout a été amélioré. Les tables sont disposées pour donner une impression d'intimité, sans pour autant se sentir seul. La musique est bonne & on peut discuter sans problème.
Service : tout simplement parfait.
Nourriture : une véritable oeuvre d'art. On voit bien que les gens en cuisine aiment ce qu'ils font car tout, TOUT, est à couper le souffle, des goûts, aux présentations en passant par la variété des ingrédients d'ici (ou de pas très loin).
