The most underrated brunch spot I have ever been to in Quebec. To start off the views you have of the lake are absolutely stunning, it was very peaceful & relaxing. The French toast was a very original dish & it was extremely delicious. They have some sort of crumble on top, the dish had a wonderful texture & the apples really bring it together with that delicious caramel drizzle on top.
Their wine menu in the evening was very well priced & well crafted, I opted for a glass of rosé & was highly impressed.
As for the views breakfast was amazing as you have clear skies & the weather isn't too hot, as for the evening, the sun lowers & you get amazing views of the lake with the sun reflecting. Once the sunset hits, the views are incredible!
Unbeatable vibe on the outdoor patio. The service is top notch, the food is excellent, & the views are spectacular. A must visit if you're in the area & looking for a memorable upscale dining experience.
Lovely setting excellent food & gorgeous lake view & sunset. We had the sweetest waitress. Loved the Les Moines en Provence cocktail. I had the octopus & husband had the beef. Both were delicious & plentiful. The Melilot Flower crème brûlée was a perfect light dessert to end the evening.
Amazing experience. One of the best restaurants in the Tremblant area & only seconds from the village. We sat on the patio & the views of the lake were breathtaking around sunset. The service was impecable & the ambiance matched. Oh, & the food? One of the best-tasting meals I've had in years with a wine list that goes on for miles to pair everything nicely. The confit white onion with fermented wheat risotto was an absolute flavour explosion!
We had brunch with beautiful views of the lake & absolutely loved it. The service was lovely & the food felt very homemade. We tried the breakfast bagel & the classic breakfast with eggs & sausage-everything was delicious, & the potatoes & sausage weren't greasy at all. Highly recommend!

To start, we indulged in oysters & microgreen salads, both exquisitely fresh & fully organic-a light prelude to the more robust courses to follow. We went twice to eat dinner, & once for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, mostly the croissant, but failed the hot chocolate. I still definitely recommend to enjoy it during your stay at the hotel. The dinner though was disappointing these two occasions. The dishes are original in terms of protein & combinations, but lack of flavour & richness. I don't recommend dining there for the price of it. The bar has a handful options of mocktails. Made in front of us, they were quite tasty. The view is nice over the lake, & well setup in a low light ambiance. The service was nice (mostly at the bar), even though they forgot us at the bar for half an hour after preparing our table.
