Wow ! Tout était parfait à La Chaumière ! Les portions sont énormes, on en ressort plus que rassasiés. Le rapport qualité-prix est carrément imbattable dans le coin. Une adresse incontournable, j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner ! 🍽?🔥!!!!!!
Nous avions choisis de partager une poutine au smoked meat car elle était fortement conseillée sur les reviews que nous avons consultés. On l'a trouvée bonne mais sans plus . Le service était rapide même si la place était très achalandée.
J'adore la Chaumière!!! J'y passe presque toujours en passant dans Mont-Laurier & à chaque fois quel délice! Le meilleur casse-crouté selon moi leurs Poutines & leur burgers spéciaux sont imbattables!!! Le staff est sympathiques & c'est toujours un plaisir de manger la! On s'y sent chez soi!
Nous avons essayé l'assiette souflaki avec frites & les enfants ont essayé la crème glacée. C'était un succès. Le prix est raisonnable, la terrasse extérieure est à l'ombre, les frites & les souflakis étaient très bien.
if you're looking for REAL Quebec'Smoked Meat', do not waste your money here. The Quebec specialty, smoked meat, is, as verified by all food experts, roasted, smoked beef brisket--brisket cut across the grain with obvious fat content & large grain texture. La Chaumiere's'Smoked Beef' in taste & texture resembles a processed ham/bland bologna cold cut with negligible smoked flavor. Pathetic! Don't bother!
Très belle endroit & personnel très sympathique. J'ai trouvé que le smoke meat avait l'air d'un jambon chaud à saveur de smoke meat. Les frites étaient bonne avec une bonne bière locale. Le hamburger était correct .
