We ordered the Chicken Khao Soi & Shrimp Pad Thai. The portions were generous, & the food was flavourful & delicious. A hearty & comforting meal, especially perfect for warming you up during the winter.
We are Thai food lovers & are looking for authentic Thai Restaurants. This restaurant was open in statutory holiday. This is located just roadside. There are paid roadside parking available in front of this restaurant. Very easy to find this restaurant. We had a great experience with family members on first day of the year which made our day very special. We had Pad Thai, Tom yum soup, papaya salad & chicken curry . All items were delicious & fresh. Very well decorated restaurant & comfortable sitting areas. Medium size restaurant. More than 50 people can be accommodated at the same time. Kitchen is fairly clean. Food prices are reasonable. Staffs are very friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend to try this restaurant
Delicious food, generous portions, & the Thai milk tea is a real standout!
My new favourite spot in MTL. Service is super friendly, food is incredible, great price.
The quality of the Thai food here is far better & more authentic than some of the more popular spots in the area. 3 old ladies in the kitchen so you know it's the real deal. Will be back for sure.
Tried their Pad thai (requested extra spicy), tom yum soup & Calamari. They were open on Christmas day & served us a scrumptious meal.
Please try, thank you!
The Tom Yum Chiang Mai is honestly one of the most delicious & satisfying bowls of noodle soup I have ever had. So nuanced, tangy, & spicy. This restaurant is quite unassuming but I'm ready to say it may be serving some of the best Thai food in the city. Staff are really nice too ! I'm hooked
Wowwww!!!best thai food ever!!i can say could be better than in thailand itself!!the chef is phenomenal!!we enjoyed every single dish:the khao soi soup, the pad thai, the curry, the mango sticky rice, the thai iced tea.
Highly recommended 100/10.i'm sad that it took me so long to know that place!! The portions are very generous,& the food is so yummy & traditional!!
We ordered chicken sausage as a starter, & it was the waiters offer. It was very delicious & a bit of spicy. If you're a person who doesn't like spicy food, I wouldn't recommend, but it was very good. Then we ordered pad Thai with beef as our main course, which was very delicious & fresh & as a dessert, we ordered the rice pudding that was made with coconut milk with mango slices by the side, which I forgot the name, but it was very, very good. I would recommend this restaurant if you want delicious Thai food the staff were super respectful & nice & the chef she brought our homemade chicken sausages herself at our table, which was super nice.
Khao Soi is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood - a casual restaurant designed for walk-ins or efficient take-out & most importantly, they offer delicious Thai food (& some non-Thai Asian dishes) at affordable prices (comparatively speaking as everything is more expensive now). They have the popular dishes like pad thai, but they also have a few lesser known dishes, like their specialty namesake Khao Soi, a curry noodle dish which I've never tried before & is now a new favourite. My family has tried several dishes now & everything has been very good or excellent. The portions are also decent, & the service has been consistently good. There are not enough casual dine-in places in the area, so Khao Soi is definitely appreciated. I hope they're here to stay for the long-term.
The fried calamari was tender & juicy, one of the best! Shrimp fried rice was also good! The thai iced tea was on the sweet side & we ordered mango sticky rice for dessert, all in all the food was amazing!
On a pris pad see ew, cury aubergine poulet, & salade de papaye.
Not a traditional Thai food. I was disappointed from the Khao Soi, while the broth was good, everything else taste cheap.
Place is quite clean but don't go there for traditional Thai cooking.
Could be better if the waitress knew the menu also. Good value for money. Portion are American size
Food not authentic at all, salad papaye & salad mango lack of marinade, pad thai & tom yum are generous portion but taste completely disappointed, missing thai spices. Service was great & place very spacious.
Thank you for an authentic Northern Thailand meal, very well balanced flavours, must come back, very nice ownership , they are very passionate about their wonderful food... Pasquale (Pat)
Best Kaoh Soi I've had outside of North Thailand. The mango sticky rice is excellent & better than the Michelin Guide mention one in Thailand IMO (I don't like it too sweet though, so might be personal).
Ordered 4 dishes & they were all amazing: green curry, Tom yum soup, pad see ew, & pad thai.
Khao Soi is my favorite thai dish & this is best one I've since I left Thailand.
