Kamuy n'ennuie jamais: le menu change régulièrement, bien que les classiques restent, d'une façon ou d'une autre. Bravo au chef Paul Toussaint & merci de nous faire découvrir les saveurs des Antilles! Le personnel est gentil & attentionné, mais il faut être patient pendant les grands évènements sur la place des spectacles.
Food was pretty good. I bought a ticket for their Thundercat promotion but it seemed like noone at the restaurant knew the promotion existed, & they sat me in a place where an awning obstructed my view. Then when I got the check it took them 20 min to figure out that I already paid for the dinner with the ticket.

Manque de constance flagrant après deux soupers en quelques jours. La laitue était fatiguée. Le poulet Jerk servi avec un bol de riz avec haricots était correct, mais manquait de subtilité. Le saumon manquait de cuisson & était froid. On est loin de la gastronomie attendue pour ce genre d'endroit. Le menu sur place le 3 juillet était beaucoup plus restreint (4 plats) que celui sur le site Web (7 plats & 9 tapas) ou celui du 29 juin. Le service était ordinaire. Les installations sanitaires frôlaient l'insalubrité. Une refonte rigoureuse des processus s'impose.
Fantastic - perfect spot especially when the jazz festival is on. The food was great & many options for vegetarian, vegan & GF. Don't be in a rush when you go here, which is perfect to be able to enjoy a show from beginning to end.
Chef Paul Toussaint continues to knock it out of the park with his flavorful Caribbean fare. Everything was wonderful, from the appetizers to the drinks. I lived the ribs & my husband really enjoyed his jambalaya.

We had an absolutely lovely dinner at Kamuy yesterday. The service was friendly & attentive, the food excellent, We were seated on the patio & had amazing access to the Jazz Festival main stage event (Ibrahim Maalouf). A fantastic evening!
