I had such an incredible experience at Hansang. Everything about this place was fantastic ,the atmosphere was super cozy, the service is super friendly, & the food is honestly some of the best Korean food I've had. (Had some bad experiences with Korean food 🥲)
The highlight for me was the jeyuk. It was definitely spicy, but in the best way possible. The spice had such a rich flavor & wasn't overwhelming, it just made the dish even more addictive. Every bite was packed with flavor & the meat was cooked perfectly on the stone plates. Spicy but so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it.
You can really tell the food is made with care & love. The portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, & the presentation was great too.
If you're in Montreal & want amazing Korean food, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be coming back
I was having difficult time picking between this & another Korean restaurant. I feel satisfied end up coming to this one . The vibe is better than how it looks on the pictures on Google . & the food is amazing ! Amazing service . Came here alone , love the peaceful vibe ❤?. & there was a big family group here too . Good space , food & vibe .

Definitely tasty & colorful Korean food. We also love that It's not heavily oily as Toronto's Korean food, the seasoning is mild so that fits our preferences.
It has various vegetarian friendly options as well.
finally got out to have dinner, this restaurant caught my attention 4.7, in fact, I didn't see why it was rated so high, a very mediocre Korean restaurant💁🏻the interior wasn't surprising, the food unfortunately wasn't either, the service was good. I had bbq & bibimbap, takoyaki , I give it a solid three, thanks anyway.
This restaurant has the best Korean dishes in Montreal. We tried mostly all Korean restaurants in Montreal, & this one comes to our top pick. Food is very tasty & delicious, from appetizer, bbq meat, & even the soup, everything taste like real Korean food. Service is also great & fast. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Montreal or in the area.
Why eat Korean food in Montreal? Cause it's delicious, tasty enough that my kids were eating everything including banchan. Nice owners as the cherry on top
Hansang restaurant had an amazing vegetarian (& vegan) selection of Korean food in addition to their meat offerings. I had the tofu bibimbap & I am still thinking about it days later. Every single thing our table ordered was amazing, & prices were reasonable. This is a small family-run restaurant, & everyone was so kind & helpful. I would definitely come back!
Best food ever. It was my first time trying Korean food & it did not disappoint! Ingredients were fresh & well seasoned. I like the fact that your meal comes with a little entree for free. As for the service, it was phenomenal. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Thank you for an amazing experience! We will be back for sure.
