Restaurant h3, under the direction of Chef Jean-Sébastien Giguère (Le Coureur des Bois and La Cabane du Coureur), offers an accessible culinary experience that celebrates the richness of Quebec’s terroir while being supported by one of the most beautiful wine cellars in the province. Located on the 2nd floor of the Humaniti Hotel in downtown Montreal, this place of discovery highlights the seasonality and rhythm of our climate, enhancing the magnificent local products.

We were staying at the hotel Humaniti for my partner's birthday, & decided to have his celebratory dinner at h3. We decided to go for the 7-course meal, & though I am not a huge meat-eater, we both thoroughly enjoyed the food. I mentioned that it was my partner's birthday when making my reservation & I was surprised that aside from a sparkler in the dessert, the chef made him some macarons as well! We will definitely be returning for other occasions.View more

Food was okay, but no wow factor.
Have eaten at ile flottante & boullion bilk & wanted to try a new tasting menu & wine pairing at a different restaurant & we were not extremely impressed. Food was good, cooked well, but had no outstanding factor to it. The wine pairing was very basic to the food.
The service was okay, again nothing outstanding to it. There was one course our wine was poured for the next plate & it didnt arrive for about 15 minutes.
One great thing about the restaurant was the valet parking, which was difficult to find but is free with a bill of 100$ & more.
Wouldnt go back for another experience for the price paid.View more
