It was fantastic. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels calm, beautiful, & incredibly relaxing. The food was fantastic 😍, fresh, delicious, & the perfect complement to the experience. I especially love going early in the morning when there are fewer people, it feels peaceful & allows you to slow down, breathe, & truly unwind. I always leave feeling refreshed & recharged.

-Chaque plat était bien pensé, magnifique à regarder, & les saveurs s'accordaient à merveille ! (& détail intéressant : même pour ma conjointe anosmique.)
-Les portions étaient généreuses.
-Le rapport qualité-prix ? 11/10.
-Que ce soit, l'entré, le repas ou encore le désert.
Service
-Ayant longtemps travaillé dans le service à la clientèle, j'ai toujours été très strict quant à l'excellence du service offert par mon équipe, & au fait d'en être fier.
-Il y a eu un malentendu lors de ma réservation. Celui-ci aurait pu. voire dû, créer des inconvénients, mais les mademoiselles présentes ont été… exceptionnelles. Attentives, à l'écoute, proactives, empathiques & d'un professionnalisme impeccable.
(Les hommes du personnel rencontrés ont aussi été irréprochables, mais j'ai eu très peu d'interactions avec eux.)
Ambiance
-La décoration était sobre, mais idéale. Rien de trop, rien de déplacé, & surtout rien de « cheap ».
-La luminosité était douce & chaleureuse, parfaite pour des discussions tranquilles en profitant du repas.
-& le bruit ! C'est l'une des premières fois où je vais au restaurant sans porter mes bouchons, sans ressentir la moindre nausée à cause du volume ambiant.
Est-ce que c'était parfait ?
Pour moi, oui. Sans l'ombre d'un doute.
J'aime habituellement tous les repas de son restaurant, la dernière fois que j'y suis allée, j'ai aimé l'entrée: la salade de bettrave jaune. Cependant, je n'ai pas du tout aimé le Tataki de cerf. Vraiment décevant pour le prix.
