La nourriture n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Le tataki de saumon avait beaucoup de saveur, mais les câpres frites apportaient une touche trop salée qui ne s'harmonisait pas avec le plat.

Quant aux gnocchis au homard, il y avait trop d'éléments dans l'assiette, ce qui faisait perdre l'essence même du plat.

Pour ma part, le restaurant ne m'a pas convaincue, la prochaine fois j'essayerais d'autre mets. Toutefois, il permet de rester sur place & de profiter de la nature environnante.

We had an amazing experience at Förena! The food was absolutely delicious-every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, & full of flavor. Everything was exactly to my taste.
The service was outstanding. The staff was warm, attentive, & made us feel truly welcome throughout our visit.
The atmosphere was peaceful & relaxing, & the surrounding scenery was simply breathtaking. It was the perfect place to unwind & enjoy a special moment.
Thank you for making our Father's Day celebration so memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

Cela fait 3 fois que je prends le temps au restaurant du Forëna dans les 6 derniers mois.
La carte ne semble pas avoir changé.
Le service est juste satisfaisant.
La salle du restaurant est froide, peu chaleureuse.
La terrasse est triste. Les soirs, les guirlandes lumineuses ne sont même pas allumées & il est difficile d'échapper aux moustiques dans cet environnement chaud / eau !!
L'expérience est dans l'ensemble acceptable cela dit il manque plusieurs ingrédients pour en faire un incontournable.
