Nous avons profité d'un repas inclus dans notre forfait, qui comprenait deux services. Malheureusement, le choix était très limité pour quelqu'un comme moi qui ne consomme ni viande crue, ni poisson, ni fruits de mer. L'option de volaille proposée pour 2 $ de plus était simplement cuite à la vapeur, ce qui était plutôt décevant.

En voyant la facture (144,85 $ pour deux potages, un tartare de boeuf, une volaille, un verre de vin & une bière), je dois dire que cela ne correspondait vraiment pas à la qualité ni à l'expérience offerte.

Heureusement, le service était très bon & l'ambiance agréable, ce qui a quelque peu sauvé l'expérience. Mais globalement, le rapport qualité-prix laisse clairement à désirer.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The spa itself is beautiful-calm, thoughtfully designed, & filled with special events & experiences that make it feel truly unique & deeply relaxing.

What surprised us most, though, was the food. It was exceptional. Every dish was crafted with such care & precision that it easily rivals-& even surpasses-some of the high-end restaurants in the city. It's rare to find cuisine of this caliber in a spa setting, & it alone is a reason for us to return.

A heartfelt thank you to the chef, sous-chef, & the entire staff for delivering such an outstanding experience. It's genuinely difficult to choose a favorite dish because every single one was memorable.

We'll definitely be back.

La nourriture & cocktails sont toujours magnifiques. Belles présentation & toujours declicieux. Cette fois-ci par contre, le tartare de boeuf manquait peut-être un petit peu d'assaisonnement & la joue de boeuf était très très grasse. Beaucoup de gras à travers le morceau.
