Mais j'apprends toujours à être un bon chef. J'apprends toujours de nouvelles techniques et m'améliore au-delà de mes propres connaissances car il y a toujours quelque chose de nouveau à apprendre et de nouveaux horizons à découvrir.
Les avis décrivent Zeina comme un repaire de fruits de mer convivial et familial, où le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné et les fruits de mer frais et savoureux, du poulpe et calamars au poisson grillé et aux crevettes. Les portions sont généreuses, les prix raisonnables et les plats peuvent être personnalisés, avec des plateaux de fruits de mer et des saveurs méditerranéennes et nord-africaines bien présentes. L'ambiance est simple et accueillante, le service rapide et des gestes comme du thé offert parfois; quelques remarques évoquent un décor basique ou l'absence d'alcool, mais l'essentiel ressort comme la fraîcheur, le goût et la valeur qui incitent à revenir.
OMG it is the best sea food restaurant in all Canada, it was our first time there & definitely will not be the last.
The food is so so delicious & fresh, we chose from fresh section the amount & types you want , we ordered mix large plate of sea bass singare, grilled shrimps, fried shrimps, fried calamari, grilled octopus ( was amazing), mussels ( there spices & seasonings marvellous).
Honestly I strongly recommend sea food lovers to try this restaurant & you will not be disappointed.
First time visiting this seafood restaurant & we were genuinely impressed.
The seafood was incredibly fresh, especially the fish. You could really taste the natural sweetness & freshness of it. 🐟
The cooking was also excellent. The fish was perfectly done - crispy & slightly charred on the outside while still tender & juicy inside. The house seasoning & spices were flavorful & memorable without overpowering the seafood itself. The calamari & shrimp were also cooked beautifully: crispy, light, & not greasy at all.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere made the experience even better. There happened to be a hockey game on while we were dining, & both the staff & customers cheered together for the goal. It created such a lively & welcoming vibe. 🏒
This is definitely a place I would love to come back to regularly with friends. Looking forward to trying more dishes next time! ✨
We absolutely love this restaurant - the food was excellent & the awesome chef seasoned all his dishes with the most marvelous herbs. The seafood was super fresh & the service was friendly & efficient from start to finish. Ordered the grilled shrimp, grilled dorade fish, fried calamari, seafood platter. All was excellent! What a memorable dining experience!

Yasser the boss is exceptional friendly. The seafood he recommended super fresh ! Highly recommend. After the food should try his special mint tea. Very refreshing :) I'm from Los Angeles touring. Will surely visit him when I visit Montreal again!
The best dinner I've had in a long time! Everything was super fresh & service was amazing, make sure to follow chef's suggestions he does not steer you astray! We had octopus, mussels, calamari, few different fish, all was excellent! The potato wedges were amazing! This is a place worth making a special trip for!
I didn't know octopus could taste this good! 🐙 Crispy outside, soft & tender inside - total surprise! I always thought rubbery squid & octopus were normal… until today 😳
Everything was super fresh, & the sauces were unique & delicious. Even the fish & calamari were on point. So simple, but SO good. 100% coming back!

We had fried calamari which is a HUGE MUST as it's so fresh & crispy to perfection bbq sea bass which was sweet white tender fish & red snapper fried to crispy deliciousness also had sautéed mussels which was buttery garlicky richness lobster was cooked perfectly no regrets & must get the fries & rice & salad as side dishes nowhere else does it best 🫶🏽
Salad was crisp, fresh,& the homemade salad dressing was exquisite. I ordered the grilled salmon & melted in my mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant for the fresh fish, excellent service, & a delightful dining experience.
Very fresh seafood restaurant. We like the flexibility of ordering & even being able to choose raw food directly from the freezer & have them cooked. The food is very dilicious. We especially like their sauces. Chef Mrouane is very welcoming & the service is also good.
