As a Peruvian & a big time picky eater, I can attest to the great quality of this restaurant. The wait time was reasonable which made the service superb. Most people say that food is just something to be eaten but I think otherwise. I think it's something to be cherished & embed. I took one bite of the chicken I knew I had to write this review the second it touched my taste buds it felt like being born again. Ive visited the restaurant for the peruvian roasted chicken "pollo a la brasa" different times here & it was ok! However, this last time I went there it tasted nothing, not like Peruvian roasted chicken, even the seasoning was not there, the oven tasted either, potatoes not as usual either.
