Creme de La Creme of boutique hotels in Montreal. Two blocks from Old Montreal & Notre Dame. The service here is amazing, & the rooms spotless. Room 540 is the best of the best, & feels like an apartment with an amazing patio. They were kind to upgrade us, as this is a very special trip for my daughter who is sick with brain cancer. Her wish was to see Montreal & Quebec City at Christmas. We are very glad we chose Gault Hotel. Merci!!

This was our first time staying at Hotel Gualt & it will not be our last! Every interaction with staff was thoughtful & timed perfectly. We stayed for work & to celebrate a birthday, in future we will be extending our stay to make use of more of the amenities. We were upgraded to a corner loft which was spacious & the bed was very comfortable. The wind down service was also a perk that we enjoyed after our day of travel, work & celebrations! A simple but delightful highlight was the bath/shower gel fragrance, as it matches the top notes of my favourite perfume - I forgot to request it from the hotel boutique in time for checkout but I will be ordering it online. We did also use the Valet parking, it was timely & easy to arrange. I don't typically use this service but it was a nice addition to our stay. Having been to Montreal many times & of the boutique hotels I've stayed with, this was an absolute standout trip. Thank you!

Clients assez régulier à l'Hôtel pour un café avec des clients. Le service n'était pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. La tache etait relativement simple, nous avions simplement commandé un thé & un espresso. Ces derniers sont arrivés sans soucoupe & sans teilliere. Grande classe !!! (#Seconddegré)

Perfect stay on all fronts; location, service & my suite. Quiet, ample storage & thoughtful lighting. It’s amazing how many top tier hotels miss on all these valuable points for a traveler. My stay at Hotel Gault was superb. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our first time at Hôtel Gault .... it was such a great experience in every way - we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Montréal. All staff members were super-friendly & professional. The facilities reflected that creative & attractive blend of new modern with old elegance that we appreciated in all of Montréal. Almost hesitating to rave about the hotel because we want to be sure that it doesn't get so popular that there are no rooms left when we want to return :).

Perfect hotel choice for Old Montreal. Our first time in Montreal & everything we hoped to explore was walkable, yet the location is quiet. Staff was kind, attentive & helpful. Highly recommended.
