Rendez-Vous is a gem of a restaurant. I came here with my boyfriend for the first time tonight, & we left feeling happy & full. The food was great, & the staff were all so nice. You can tell they put heart into what they do. Liam, one of the owners & chefs, was welcoming & great to talk with. This restaurant is unlike those you've visited a hundred times, making it so special. It is unique, intimate & absolutely worth the visit.
This was our first visit to Rendez-Vous, & what a beautiful surprise it turned out to be. I had originally called to book a table at their sister restaurant, Lou's, which was fully booked. The owner kindly suggested we try Rendez-Vous instead-& I'm so glad we did.
After making the reservation, I looked up the menu online & was disappointed to see there wasn't much that suited my dietary restrictions. I called back to cancel, explaining the situation. That's when I spoke to Jono (hope I'm spelling that right!), & his response left such an impression. He simply said,'Come in-we'll make something for you.' That kind of hospitality is rare, & it convinced me to keep the reservation.
When we arrived, we checked again if Lou's had any availability (still full), so we made our way to Rendez-Vous, where we were greeted by Lenny, a warm & bubbly hostess who instantly made us feel at home. The space is intimate-only about 20 seats-so it's cozy, quiet, & perfect for a relaxing dinner.
We started with the salads & the house focaccia, both fresh & delicious. My husband had the seabass for his main, which he really enjoyed-cooked perfectly with great flavors. I, on the other hand, had no idea what I was getting, since the chef had crafted something special just for me. & wow-what a dish! Tender chicken in a rich, flavorful sauce, served with a refreshing celery, cucumber, & apple salad. It was light, vibrant, & absolutely perfect for my palate. A total win.
From the first phone call to the last bite, the service at Rendez-Vous was impeccable. They went above & beyond to accommodate me & did it with such kindness & grace.
If you're looking for an intimate spot with thoughtful service & exceptional food, Rendez-Vous is it. Just make sure to book in advance-seating is limited, & it's a place worth discovering.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I came in for breakfast & left with a full belly & a full heart. The food was absolutely amazing-like,'happy dance in your seat' amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, & plated with so much care. I have quite a few food allergies, which usually makes dining out kind of stressful, but not here!
Peter was an absolute gem-so kind, patient, & incredibly accommodating. He made sure everything I ordered was safe for me to eat without making it feel like a big deal (which is a big deal!). His kindness seriously made my morning.
If you're looking for a cozy spot with top-notch breakfast & service that makes you feel like a VIP, this is the place. 10/10 would brunch again!
Super delish! I loved the saganaki & octopus. Extensive wine list & cool cocktail menu. The service was wonderful - I would recommend to anyone in the neighborhood :)
We had a delightful experience at Rendez vous, seated at the bar in this charming, intimate space that blends trendy & vintage vibes. Perfect for dates or gatherings with friends. The menu offered unique flavors, including the mackerel, Celeriac Carpaccio, Saganaki & focaccia Burrata , all of which were delicious. For my main I ordered the beef cheek which was equally impressive.
Our waitress was new & was incredibly sweet & kind adding to the warm atmosphere of this cozy.
Delicious food & fantastic staff! So friendly & informed. The restaurant had two tables of four & the rest is bar seating. It's nice & intimate! The squash appetizer was unbelievable! We will definitely be coming back!
RDV Pointe-Claire is a gem & much needed addition to the PC village. Having moved to the West Island a few years ago from the city, I fully appreciate having this type of intimate, friendly & local hangout to be able to drop into for a drink or pass by for their tasty & very reasonably priced brunch on the weekend. Liam is extremely warm & inviting, this friendliness is mirrored in the staff. Spend local & encourage them.
super cozy & intimate restaurant with trendy vibes. the inside is quite small, bug still very nice. the food was SO good. we trued the squash,broccoli, focaccia, & pork & everything was excellent. the drinks were also good. the only thing i would change was the portions being a bit bigger for food & drinks. staff was very friendly & efficient .

I had the pleasure of dining at Rendez-Vous Pointe-Claire, & it was a truly delightful experience. This small, cozy restaurant offers a unique setup, with most of the seating arranged around the bar facing the kitchen area. It creates an intimate & interactive atmosphere where you can watch the chefs work their magic-a nice touch that adds to the charm. While the menu is limited, every single dish we tried was absolutely delicious. You can tell the focus here is on quality over quantity. Each bite was a testament to the care & skill put into the food. The staff was friendly & attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. Their recommendations were spot on, & they made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Very cute & cozy place for tasty food! WAW I'm happy to see new great restaurants being added to the West Island. This is a very small restaurant, but cozy & friendly service. The food is prepared before your eyes, reasonable price & portion size. I enjoyed the cocktail as well. I recommend!
Ended up here by default since Lou's was fully booked for a girls dinner date & could not have left happier. Food was excellent. Unique dishes, beautiful presentation & perfect portions. Ambiance & music was the most pleasant surprise & the staff delivered wonderful service. A good vibe for a mellow, yet vibey memorable night. The west needed a spot like this!

Loved it!! Exactly what Pointe-Claire needed. Like a bit of Montreal, right in the village! Food was excellent, & so was the service. Only thing is that it is very loud because it's a small space. Look forward to going again!
My friends & I had a great experience at Rendez-Vous last night! I got the French Coffee cocktail & the octopus main dish (excuse the blurry picture lol!). Both were very good. Inside the restaurant is small but the atmosphere is nice. The servers were very friendly & provided quick service. Overall a nice addition to Pointe Claire Village!
Not planned by ended up at this cute place. The service was fantastic. Lenny & Daniel are worth the visit. Had the octopus. Presentation & taste 10/10. Just opened a month ago. Totally worth checking out. Highly recommend.
Everything was so good. I had the burrata with house focaccia, the grilled broccoli, & the delicata squash (10/10). I loved the open kitchen concept by the bar so you can watch the chefs cook! The staff, from the servers to the chefs were just fantastic & so welcoming. I had a great time, will definitely come back :)
