ma fille a été un peu déçue de la croquette de saumon. Il y avait beaucoup de verdure & elle aurait préféré plus de fruits & du pain pour accompagner le plat.

Avoir un menu un peu plus varié...example les champignons qui peut être fait sans la sauce ou lactose.

La portion de viande éfilochée peut être le choix plus petit.

Que dire !!?! Tellement de bonne choses ... il n'y a pas à redire question prestation de service, ils ont une longueur d'avance ... un accueil parfait ... le personnel est plus qu'a la hauteur ...
Question victuailles, là aussi on retrouve une carte offrant plusieurs possibilités, & on s'y retrouve question qualité & quantité dans l'assiette (mais cela reste subjectif).
Mais par dessus tout je retrouve enfin ce rapport client / commerçant de qualité que beaucoup ont occulté de nos jours. Pour l'anecdote, mon épouse arrêta son choix sur une assiette de Granola fruits yoghourt, lorsque celle ci arriva on remarqua du miel non mentionné sur la carte (madame n'est pas fan de miel, moi aussi je trouve ça ahurissant lol) .... après l'avoir fait remarqué on nous a immédiatement ramener un nouveau bol sans rechhigner tout en nous laissant l'autre que j'ai consommé (j'avais un léger creux ce jour là).
A la fin surprise sur l'addition, un seul bol comptabilisé & une gourmandise supplémentaire offerte par la maison. Si ça ce n'est pas du commerce arrêtez moi la :)
Le brunch, l'endroit les boissons valent largement le détour.
Bon brunch aux futurs visiteurs.

The food here is out of this world, but you can find more details on that in other reviews.
If you like sweet or savory there will certainly be something on the Menu for you to enjoy.

But I am deliberately choosing to focus this review is about the defining characteristic that makes Regine Cafe the absolute best place in all of Montreal.

You can tell Regine put's just as much value into their service, as they do their mind-blowing & world-class food!

Good service is such a big part of the brunch experience.
Often the popular Brunch spots in Montreal are often overflowing with people waiting to get in their fix of breakfast delights.

Customers who CAN'T WAIT to give their business to a place they read about on the internet, heard from a friend or saw the line in the street.

I've ate at nearly all of them & I can tell you rhe difference between being good, & being the best is the way in which a restaurant will brave that wave of eager consumers & give them not only what they want, but also make their experience personalized.

The front of house greeted me & said goodbye while remembering my name, & our lovely server Lea was insanely patient with us while helping us decide which of the amazing meals to get! The craziest part? It was her first day! You could of had me fooled she was working here for 5 years :)

They started the meal with freshly squeezed juice & everyone in the whole place was smiling & having fun while working. I saw a lot of parallels going on here to the type of treatment you would get at a restaurant like Joe Beef.

It honestly makes the food taste better.

We had the Gaufre & Canard, Champi & Gros Jambon & all left wanting to do it all over again & trade dishes.

You honestly can't eat your way through this Menu in one sitting, it will take multiple visits! So stop reading this & go... Or I will take your spot!

Toujours aussi agréable de s'y retrouver pour le brunch. Tout fut parfait, incluant l'offre du mimosa d'anniversaire gratuit qui fut honoré, même si nous étions présents deux jours avant mon anniversaire. Les assiettes sont généreuses & le mini cocktail pomme-poire-estragon en entrée était rafraîchissant & délicieux. Nous reviendrons bruncher assurément.

Délicieux. Copieux.
Trop bruyant dans la salle avec des groupes. On pouvait à peine se parler.
Dommage que la demande pour une autre table n'a pas été respectée.
