Something magical about the vibe as soon as you enter this cafe! From the lovely decor, to the free tasty juice to welcome us, to the attention to detail on our chai latte, decadent dishes, & delicious pistachio brioche (their usual brioche is cinnamon but they have monthly flavors too, & this was pistachio)
Service was absolutely fantastic (thanks to Florence!) cheerful & sweet just like the theme of this beautiful cafe!
Food was fresh & delicious! Will definitely come back for their hot chocolate (made with melted chocolate bits) & Scotch eggs!
I went a few times at Régine café & tried a few of their plates & drinks. Everything is excellent, well garnish & we'll presented. The beverages, coffee, chat or fruit cocktail, are very good.
Yesterday the waiters made some mistakes (some things where brought too late, or forgotten). So they didn't count one beverage & gave us a coupon each, which was nice.
Normally the service is very good.
There is often a lot of people. It's best to go early or make a reservation.
The ambiance is nice, a little kitch, a little crowded too. Certainly a place to try at least once.

The most elegant brunch I've had in Montréal. The line is a bit intimidating but if you can deal with the wait the experience is worth it. The menu has a unique variety of items. I went with the banana French toast & the wild sausage on the side for a sweet & savory meal. The banana puree they created as a sauce was amazing, so delicious & inventive. The multi-game sausage was tantalizing as well. The presentation of the items was so impressive. The service was also very good. Regine Cafe boasts one of the best brunches in a city with abundant choices in the category.
Regine Cafe is a brunch restaurant that is open from 9am to 3pm daily. This is a very popular place with long queues to be seated. We recently showed up around 9.15 & were able to be seated for a table for two. However, the place filled up quickly & a queue began to form no more than 10 minutes later.
Interior is a sort of eclectic themed decor. Menu is a fairly traditional western brunch & dessert assortment. On the day, we tried the Sucre Sale & Dore Banana french toast orders. These were both beautiful dishes, generous portion sized & tasted really good. Service was friendly & prices reasonable for the experience. Would be happy to do Regine again for bunch trying other items on their menu.
Outstanding restaurant that serves breakfast & lunch. Every plate is a work of art. Portions are generous & each bite is a celebration of flavour. Menu has a vast selection of wonderful creations that will make you want to sample them all. Staff is courteous & very professional & our waitress was simply amazing. Wish I had asked her name so I can give her a loving shout-out. I recently discovered this gem of a café last week while visiting Montreal. It is now on my list of places to go every time I'm in the area. Was a great dining experience & can't wait to do it again. This is a well managed business that is worthy of your attention. You will not regret it.
Regine Café is such a gem for brunch in Montreal! I came in solo & was seated at the bar right away with a welcome berry juice - such a sweet touch.
I ordered the Berry French Toast & Eggs n Beef. The French toast had amazing mascarpone cream & berry compote, but the brioche was a bit thick for my taste. Still very enjoyable.
The standout was the Eggs n Beef - poached eggs, tender beef cheek, béarnaise sauce, smashed potatoes… everything came together perfectly.
Service was friendly, quick, & the ambiance felt warm & welcoming. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, flavour-forward brunch spot in Montreal.
Absolutely loved this place! Everything was just perfect the vibe, the service, the food, the drinks all of it! I had such a great experience here. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Montreal now. I highly recommend this café to anyone looking for a cozy, delicious, & all-around amazing time. Can't wait to come back! ☕✨
Had an amazing brunch at Régine Café! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented.
My wife adores this café, which boasts beautiful décor & vividly colorful, large Victorian-style armchairs. The waitstaff were friendly & formally dressed, wearing ties. The complimentary smoothie shot was refreshing. The'little bit of this & that' presented on a pastry tiered tray, offered a variety of garnishes that perfectly complemented the pastries. The Scotch eggs were outstanding. The Canadiano coffee was robust & aromatic. The only drawback was the 30-45 minute wait.
