Juice is good but I would give 0 stars for customer service if I could. Being in the restaurant business, customer service is important.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Real Fruits today. I used the self-serve ordering system, as employees no longer greet customers to take orders.

When my son accidentally knocked a cup onto the counter while picking up our order, the employee reacted in a way that was both intimidating & inappropriate for a 9-year-old child. He aggressively told my son to'come get me,' which frightened him.

When I arrived at the counter, the employee immediately reprimanded me, saying my son had made a mess. I explained that there was no need to treat a child this way-the spill was minimal & easily cleaned. I even wiped up the few drops left on the counter myself.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee continued to be aggressive, even stating he would not make a new drink-despite me never asking for one.

This experience showed a serious lack of customer service & basic decency. Intimidating a child over a minor accident is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior.

Ma fille a pris un smoothie aux mangues. En essayant d'insérer la paille, le verre en plastique cheap a fendu & la moitié au smoothie a volé partout sur la table, la chaise & sur nous. Ni le patron ni l'employé ne m'a assisté, j'ai pris essuie tout moi même. Ils m'ont regardé laver la table la chaise & le plancher. Ils n'ont pas remplacé le smoothie.

Amazing Experience at Mail Champlain store, Was served by Tania which gave an amazing service with her smile. Came back the next day & was served by a rude tall girl who had some earpods & she couldn't hear my order. I left immediatly
