Super fun!! We went as a group, service was fast, staff was very very friendly. Our gamemaster chose great games based on what we asked for. We ended up spending around 3 hours just playing games. Our waiter (the one with the bmo tattoo) was very kind & made our experience super fun!!! Would definitely recommend.View more

Amazing board game pub! They have hundreds of board games. A great place to spend on a rainy afternoon. Our game master Vincent introduced a new game to us that we liked so much that we went out & bought a copy for ourselves the next day. Would love to return the next time we visit Montreal!View more

I don't write reviews but I thought I would this time because the experience I had here yesterday I feel is becoming increasingly rare & deserves praise.
I ordered the chicken nachos (which are usually delicious) but this time they came tasting super off. To spare you guys my life story, I'm not usually the type of person to send things back, but these were really bad, so I forced myself to do so.
They were so nice about it, apologized profusely, asked me if I wanted something else off the menu (ordered the jalapeno poppers instead which were amazing), & then subtracted a player fee from the bill.
So yeah, 5 stars. (Board games were pretty fun too haha)View more

On June 19 around 10 PM, we visited this place. Due to the summer heat, the temperature inside was extremely high, & there was no proper air conditioning, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. The service was also very disappointing. I waited for over 30 minutes to order my drink, but no one came to take my order. Eventually, I had to go to the counter to place it myself.
Even after that, the drink was only brought out after midnight-after we had asked for the bill. The staff member who served us (a bald guy with glasses) didn't even apologize for the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating.
That said, the game master was great-very helpful & professional. He made the gaming experience enjoyable despite the poor service overall.
I strongly suggest adding more staff & improving service, especially considering the prices being charged.View more

Just had drinks but lots of games are really fun lots to choose from & the staff are great at explaining them, can be a little slow at peak times but everyone is working hard, we were there for 6 hours & it flew by!View more

Pub Randolph is a really fun & interesting spot to go with friends. They have a huge selection of board games you can choose from & play while enjoying drinks or something to eat. There's a fixed $9 entrance fee, but we felt it was worth it for the good time we had. The service was nice too. Apart from the waitress, there's also someone who comes to your table to explain the games & give suggestions based on what you like which I found helpful. When it comes to food, we ordered the Burger Décadent with fries. The burger itself was decent - nothing mind-blowing, but a nice addition to the moment. I didn't love the fries though; they were a bit over-fried & spicier than expected. That said, the overall vibe & experience made up for it. I'd go back!View more

I would have given it 5/5 but they actually charge u something like $8 if I remember correctly each to use the board games , we were 8 ppl that played uno , I felt it was kinda expensive , maybe if they charge per table a set price would be better , anyways that's my opinion hope it helps :)View more

Incredibly nice place. They have amazing cocktails & thousands of games to play together. Animators are really helpful to pick the games for you & to explain it. They also change it without hesitation if you don't like it. Only down side we had was the waiter/waitress coming to us every 25-30 minutes to ask if we want to order anything else, while seeing that we were already drinking our cocktails & eating our food.View more

I had such a great time tonight. I have been here twice already & tonight I was helped out by Vincent & it really made a difference. He explained every game in such simplicity, & it really helped me be intrigued & engaged in every game. Our entire table was able to play every single game that he brought & we laughed so much. He checked in often & answered questions while providing support.
I think this is a great place to be, a great place to spend any weekday or the weekend & just a great place to spend time with friends.

Great spot for a gathering or date if you love board games. The drinks are excellent-every one is made perfectly, 5/5. Prices for drinks are reasonable. Even when I travel, I rarely find drinks this good. However, the burgers were pricey & not great. The finger foods, like the deep-fried pickles, were better, & the poutine was good with tasty gravy. You'll also have a mentor to guide you through the games-some are experts, others are decent. There is a $9 entrance fee, which I find expensive, especially when ordering food. It would make more sense to charge the fee only if nothing is ordered.View more
