Friendly staff…bilingual, very important to me. Good food & a high assortment of games, although I was happy to know that I could bring my own games. Most importantly, the atmosphere was so cool. I took a moment to look around & appreciate everyone enjoying each others company while playing games. I am DEFINITELY going to be a regular here. Thank you to the staff for an excellent & memorable experience.
J'ai adoré Béatrice & Alexis, Béatrice nous a donné un magnifique service pour les jeux & les activités! Beatrice nous a conseillé des jeux pour nos besoins & nous a orienté selon nos besoins, elle prenait tout en compte. Alexis, lui, nous a servi tous ce que nous avons commandé & nous a offert une atmosphère à en revé! Les deux étaient des employés examplaires.

Pour l'animation avec Adam un gros 10/10 pour le reste du service & nourriture 4/5. La diversité des jeux & la possibilité de s'en procurer sur place 5/5. Nous avons visité l'établissement un samedi soir. Beau moment en famille!
Votre service est très bien mais j'aurais un gros commentaire: La promotion pour un repas gratuit pour l'anniversaire de quelqu'un ne fonctionne que si on mentionne l'anniversaire dans la réservation en ligne... Je ne le savais pas & ne l'a pas précisé en ligne. Une fois sur place, j'ai eu beau mentionner mon âge avec une preuve d'identité en personne on a refusé d'appliquer la promotion pour moi. Pardonnez mon langage, mais ceci est complètement stupide.
Votre promotion ne fonctionne que si on mentionne l'anniversaire en ligne?? Combien de gens ont dû se faire avoir de cette façon? Je réviserais cette politique si j'étais vous, c'est une honte! Merci

Super soirée . Nous aimons pouvoir essayer les jeux de société & se les faire expliquer. L'endroit est plutôt bruyant mais cela ne vous empêche pas de jouer. Cela est plus complexe en grand groupe. Nous avons reçu un super beau morceau de gâteau comme c'était notre anniversaire à ma fille & moi. Si vous le spécifier dans la réservation c'est vraiment généreux comme possibilité ( repas & dessert pour une valeur de x ) . La nourriture est correct sans plus mais nous y allons surtout pour les jeux.
We waited about 30 minutes to be seated, but the place was absolutely packed - so we totally understood. It's clearly a spot people love going to.
Even with the wait, it was worth it. We ended up having such a fun night. The energy in the room was contagious - lots of laughter, people fully into their games, just a really lively atmosphere.
If you go during a busy time, just be patient. The staff are doing their best & still take the time to explain the games, which we appreciated. It also helps to arrive with a rough idea of what kind of games you enjoy so you can jump in faster.
The food was good, & overall the vibe made the whole experience memorable. A little chaotic, yes - but in that happy, everyone's-having-fun kind of way. I'd definitely go back with friends.
Je pense qu'ils auraient intérêt à servir des collations (barres protéines, pommes, des muffins…) à grignoter entre les round pour les competitions de cartes lorsque un local reservé pour un événement comme pour Lorcana par exemple.
Good place to go try new board games, however, not worth it for just 1-1.5h as you need to pay to go in. The food is very disappointing. We had the classic & decadent burgers & they were both too greasy & not great. The fries were saggy. I ordered a mocktail & it was way too sweet, couldn't even drink it. I don't think we'll be back, unless if we really want to discover new board games.
Le randolph est un incontournable. Que ce soir pour l'ambiance, l'alcool, le staff & les jeux, tout est incroyable! Mention spéciale à Matthias & Camille qui ont été de très bons animateur/barman/superviseur. Bref le Randolph est un endroit parfait pour ceux qui veulent jouer & avoir un maximum de plaisir!
Super ambiance comme à l'habitude au Randolph! 🎲✨ Mention spéciale à Stan & Jo pour leur bonne humeur contagieuse & leur service impeccable!! On va définitivement revenir!!
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service! Plusieurs employés nous ont aidé à comprendre un jeu complexe. Ils étaient tous souriants & généreux de leur temps.

I love this place for the concept! Boardgames with friends & family is always fun to me.
It's a chance to try new games & learn.
I found the employees very sweet & kind.
The food was OK. I ordered a burger & it was tasteless. First time I've added salt to a beef patty haha
The main focus is not the food! Chocolate cake was rich. Loved it.
Other wise the cider is good & atmosphere very fun!
Super soirée au Randolph Pub Ludique - 1030 ! Joanie a été une excellente serveuse - attentionnée, rapide & vraiment sympathique. Honnêtement, elle a été le highlight de notre soirée. Service impeccable, ambiance géniale, on va définitivement revenir la voir! :)
Belle première expérience. Toutefois, avec le bruit ambiant, c'est difficile de bien s'entendre & d'apprécier le moment. La musique de fond me semble inutile; les clients doivent non seulement enterrer les autres clients & la musique.
Les explication des jeux qui nous étaient proposés n'étaient pas toujours très claires... on a joué'à peu près', donc difficile de savoir soli on aime ou pas. À réessayer un journde semaine où l'achalandage est plus tranquille. 😀
Ambiance fun, gros choix de jeux & tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment.
Gros merci à Catherine & Béa pour leur super service souriantes, attentives & vraiment agréables. Ça a clairement fait la différence.
