Went out with some friends. They have a dedicated team that explain the games. The kids played a few board games & us adults played together. Food is good. Portions are big. Great experience

Pros:
- Server was awesome, she was very kind, checked in on us frequently & helped us organize our food around the game we were playing.

Cons:
- Not being allowed to just go get a game & play it SUCKS. We probably wasted a third of our visit just waiting for a'game master' to come see us & bring us a game. & they didn't even come easily, I had to flag one down at one point who was just chilling a the bar chatting with other staff members.
- Unlike our server, game masters were not awesome. The first one didn't know how to play the game I requested, which was fine because I did. I didn't need him to explain anything, I just wanted the game, which I told him but which he ignored, then proceeded to stand at my table, read the rulebook & then explain me the game like I didn't know what I was doing. Oh & all the while speaking extremely loudly. The second one spoke to me exclusively in English, even though I initiated our conversation in French & never once said a word to him in English. He spoke to other tables in French but for some reason, I wasn't worthy of his French. I found it very disrespectful & judgemental. I may not have a perfect Quebecois accent but I've been speaking French since I was a toddler & use French as my primary language at work. The game he chose was great & he did a good job explaining it, but I was extremely put off by the interaction.
- The food was mediocre at best, nothing to write home about & certainly not a reason to come here.
- The table was tiny & made it a real challenge to play a game & have any kind of food or drink.

End of the day, I would not come back here or recommend anyone else come.

We had a great time at Randolph tonight! The staff were all extremely friendly & helpful with picking games & explaining the instructions. Huge shout out to Jo-Annie C. She was incredible & very friendly. Can't wait to come back again!

Notre serveuse étais bien sympathique, rien a dire de mal sur elle.

Jai commander un hamburger, mais la boulette étais miniscule. Comme un cheeseburger du mcdonald. Pour le prix je mattendais à une portion d'adulte.

Le mad & cheese etais correct, mais le bacon etais bruler.

4 petit morceaux de poulet frit, 4 mini pogos (des bouchers) lequivalent d'un vrais pogo, 4 petit morceau de carotte avec 4 battonet de fromage pour 30$ étais absurde.

L'animateur étais vraiment ennuyant. J'avais de la misère à garder le focus sur son explication. Ont a jouer deux jeux au debut de la soiree. Ont étais une gang. Donc ont à payer plus de 100$ pour environ 5 minute d'animation.

Le staff étais gentil, mais pour une soiree à 160$ sans compter le pourboir je recommanderais fortement de manger avant de venir car petit portion, nourriture mediocre pour un prix égale aux belle & la boeuf ou autre restaurant dans le genre.

On adore passer du temps ici en famille. On est toujours bien accueillis, mais un coup de coeur particulier à Stan, Jo-Annie & Francis.

Un bon endroit pour passer du bon temps entre amis ou pour une première date. Il y a toujours quelqu'un pour vous conseiller des jeux de société en fonction de vos envies, ils s'y connaissent très bien & sont très sympathiques. Par contre, je déconseille fortement la nourriture, j'ai trouvé ça très très moyen.

J'adore venir explorer des nouveaux jeux ici. Le personnel est dynamique & je les trouve très imaginatif dans l'aide & les conseilles qu'ils nous donne pour les choix de jeux.
