Laissez-moi vous donner mon avis & pourquoi j'ai donné trois étoiles . Premièrement, je vais y aller avec le positif quel beau concept ! Se retrouver entre Ami & jouer à des jeux de société autour d'un drink, on a passé une belle expérience. Le personnel sont sympathiques & les animateurs sont à l'écoute de nos demandes.
Ce qui m'a déplu de l'endroit Premièrement, le mobilier !!! Penser à faire un restaurant où on peut y jouer a des Jeux de société pendant plusieurs heures , Mais ne pas penser À avoir des chaises confortables Pour y jouer Je pense qu'il y a un gros manque ici . Les chaises sont en bois dur il y a aucun rembourrage après 2h30 tu as déjà mal aux fesses Donc vraiment désagréable . Si tu es chanceux ,Demande-leur de Vous assirent sur les banquettes Sinon vous allez passer une soirée tres inconfortable ….
& pour terminer la nourriture , Je sais que c'est comme un style de pub. Bar Resto , & que vous avez mis l'emphase sur les jeux de Société & non la gastronomie , Mais j'aurais aimé avoir un petit effort . 70 % des choses qu'on mange là là-bas sont congelés , Même la boulette de viande dans mon hamburger n'est pas fait à la main , Ce sont des boulettes congelées style Costco, J'aurais aimé un peu plus d'efforts sur ce coté.Voir plus
INACCEPTABLE!! Nous avons reçu des filets de poulets complètement cru a? l'intérieur. Nous avons tous perdu notre appétit après cela. Les nachos n'e?taient presque pas griller, tout mou. So we came to Randolph with a group of 9 people & we had a reservation, they seated us quickly & our sever (Caro) was great. The first guy who came to help us chose the game wasn't really helpful & didn't listen to our preferences. So we asked a second guy (Cedrick) & he was awesome, help us explained a couple games & really offered a better experience. The food is nothing special but still tasty & the cocktails were delicious we tried a couple of them & we can definitely say that they have something for everyone. 9$ for the entrance which is fair. Prices for food & drink a little more on the expensive side but we had an overall great time. Would come backVoir plus
Great place with lots of board games to try out. The entrance fee is reasonable & you can order food & drinks while you play. The food & drinks are ok (taste is good, but obviously not as good as a restaurant) & the prices are similar to other bars. The main issue is the noise level, on busy nights you can't hear the people at your own table. I've also had a bad experience with service once, where our waitress would forget to bring our drinks/food & made several mistakes before overcharging us. Thankfully we were able to get someone else to correct the price & it hasn't happened again. My favorite game to play there is telestration.Voir plus
It was a really nice experience for my fiance & I's Valentine's night. The food was decent, the drinks were delicious & not too expensive, there is a small cover charge (that isn't mentioned until you are seated) but it's also reasonable. Service is quick, & they are all so kind.
My only issue is that their games are really heavily francophone, the options we were presented in English were essentially simple strategy games. Anything more complicated seemed to only be available in french, their food & game menu was only available in french too. I am fully bilingual but my fiance is not & unfortunately I don't feel we were able to enjoy the outing to it's full potential for lack of options.
Otherwise, it was lovely & I would go again, with adjusted expectations.
They also have a liquidation section in the front where they sell used games for super cheap! We bought 2 for 30$!! 😁Voir plus
Randolph's is an excellent place to spend an entire evening at the very least. A truly inspiring atmosphere for social outings.
Their game selection is unimaginable & their animators are very lively & knowledgeable, especially when it comes to game recommendations. We've learned a wide variety of games due to the animators.
Their drinks are pretty good & the potion-like ones aesthetically pleasing, especially for the environment. The food however is mediocre at best. I would not go with the primary intention of having food, although it is acceptable as a secondary to a gaming-intended outing. I would not consider the food itself cost-effective either.
Nonetheless, Randolph's provides an incredible cost-effective experience OVERALL for an admirable social/gaming get-together. I would visit this place frequently.Voir plus

Oh man, soooo much fun! Going back for sure. Food: top, & so good, well portioned Drinks: perfect! & took alcohol & was good too Staff + Service: awesome, knowledgeable, & makes great suggestions as needed (sommeiller de jeux with blonde hair & one earring!) A very fun place to be with friends or even on a date! There are plenty of board games & drinks to have fun as well as good food to fill you up for the night. Its definitely a loud place considering everyone's playing board games next to each other so keep that in mind. Their present drinks in such a fun way in lab flasks & tubes etcVoir plus

En gros, c'est un bon restaurant avec une belle ambiance & les drinks sont vraiment bons. Par contre, on a eu un serveur qui était un peu... Si t'es habitué à ce genre de comportement, ça peut passer pour de la bonne humeur, mais c'était un peu trop intense. Parfois, ça frôlait l'arrogance. Se faire dire "ta gueule", même en blague, ce n'est pas super professionnel pour un serveur. Je sais que c'est un endroit de jeu, mais c'est aussi un boulot avec du public, alors peut-être à surveiller de ce côté-là. Pour ce qui est de la bouffe, c'était correct, mais pas extraordinaire. Nos poutines étaient un peu froides & le four était brisé. Sinon, le staff, surtout les experts de jeu, sont vraiment bons pour expliquer les jeux & ils sont compétents.Voir plus
Last Friday, when I went there with my friends, finding a parking spot was a challenge. The servers were nice & friendly, but it seemed like there weren't enough staff, so I had to wait a bit for someone to take my order, both for drinks & food. Nice cosy place, good drinks & food, personnel joyful, game master full of energy. Just got a couple mistakes & slowness in the service but nothing major, & mistakes were fixed. Nourriture malheureusement inferieur au reste nous avons eu les nachos & le fond etait mou & c'etait à peine mangeable.

Food: great taste, fresh, & well prepared. The only negative is that they were missing most of the specials, like the bison, lamb & other dishes. So some options were slightly limited. Atmosphere: great atmosphere. A lot less rowdy than in Montreal, which makes for a better game experience. The upstairs floor was great, decor was super warm & inviting. Parking is definitely an issue at Carefour Laval, & that is just something to expect. Service: staff were super knowledgeable about the game, they really were able to find things that were tailored to our interests, so we appreciated that. While the service started strong, as the night went on, our server disappeared & we were often stuck with no drinks or food. It also took an hour to pay the bill. Water is self serve from a Gatorade jug, thought it was weird but ended up working out. Clealiness: Overall quite clean. Would definitely return. We were there for a corporate event, which is a fantastic way to celebrate Christmas work party.Voir plus
We have a mitigated point of view on the place. On one hand the games are great, the explanation of any games is clear & the recommendations are great. Also the selection of drinks are pretty good with a large variety of draft beers. On the other hand the food is average. So bottom line go there enjoy the games & the drinksVoir plus

She did apologize at the end but at that point it was too late my husband was upset & no longer in a good mood for the rest of the night.

But having to choose our own game & have to go online to understand how a game works isn't why we come to the establishment. There may be understaffing at the moment we were there, but it definitely wasn't as fun basically without a games host.

via LibroI prefer going during the day because there are less people, as it starts to fill up it gets very loud with the music & talking. Honestly, it's a great ambiance either way!! The servers are very warm & friendly & provide great opinions on food & drinks.

I could tolerate the wait knowing that they were probably understaffed, but taking shots every 5-10 mins while i still haven't gotten my food... lacks of class.

We were put at a table of 6 for 12 & were super crammed, game service was slow, we waited 30 minutes before getting out game & the server was impatient. Not many English games either. Waiter was pushy with ordering more stuff even after many drinks & apps.
Drinks were very meh & food wasnt great but we did have a lot of fun & will go back in a smaller group- not recommend for large ones
