Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.

I know this dish is a hit or miss for some people, but I'm glad they didn't adjust it to the general palate. The red dragon ramen was incredible, & the spice level was perfect. This is my new favorite ramen spot in the West Island! The staff were also very friendly.
Brand new place, food was amazing, great service. Our server was super polite & proper, took the time to explain the menu items for us. Food came fast, hot & delicious. Quality ingredients. Would definitely recommend.
We had the red miso & garlic shoyu & were super impressed! Amazing flavour & the portion is generous. Estelle was the sweetest waitress & really helped us customize our bowls & recommend drinks we've never had. Super happy to have this new favourite ramen spot in the West Island 🤍✨
We had an amazing ramen date at the ramen Isshin in Pointe Claire.
The ramen arrived quickly & it was deliciously satisfying. It tasted exactly like at the other locations!
Estelle made sure we were well taken care of & was super kind & welcoming.

Everything was absolutely delicious - from the rich, flavourful ramen to the tasty appetizers. The service was outstanding, thanks to Estelle, who made our experience even better with her kindness & attention to detail. We loved every bite & can't wait to come back!
Service was excellent! Our waitress Estelle explained the menu really well & she was very sweet. I ordered the Black sesame tan tan noodles which was absolutely delicious & the right level of spicy. We also had the korokke (crispy potato), but i found it too mushy for my preference. The chicken karaage was delicious.
Nous étions aujourd'hui, ramen délicieux, service chaleureux d'Estelle, endroit propre avec une très belle ambiance. Je recommande !

Food was delicious the service was beyond great! The staff was super friendly & helpful, & gave great recommendations. The red miso ramen was sooooo good & umami, & the korokke were crispy & melty. I already can't wait to go back & try more!
