Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.

I went for the soft opening on Saturday evening. We were a group of 6 & were seated right away. The waitress & the other staff were welcoming & warm. The waitress was very helpful helping us choose what to take. They have a variety of ramunes which was nice, as well for the ramens. The ramen was excellent as well. The only thing if you want spicy I recommend getting a spicy ramen or else it's extra to ask for something spicy. Overall, I had a great time. Finally another ramen spot here in the west island. I will definitely be back.
La nourriture était excellente & le personnel était accueillant!
I had the soup & have had similar soups in Tokyo & I consider this one the best & closest to what I remember having in Japan
We decided to try this new ramen place out on a Saturday evening. Thankfully we got there a little early because it got quite busy very quickly. That was a good sign! Our waitress (Estelle) was very friendly & took the time to explain the different options. The food & service was great! I'm glad that they opened this restaurant at this location (ample parking)!
1st time there we really loved the food beautiful atmosphere good service.
Pre-opening, Estelle's service is very outstanding & the food is absolutely delicious
Will definitely come back again!
Had a great lunch with the family. Very helpful & attentive service & amazing appetizers & meals. We really enjoyed the chicken karaage & tako yaki. We had the Kotteri Rich Shoyu & white sesame Shio. Both were delicious.
Finally tried Isshin Ramen after waiting for them to open, & it was worth it! The place is modern, cozy, & spacious.
Service was impeccable. I finally get to meet the infamous Estelle. She greeted us, explained the ramen options, & gave spot-on recommendations. She really knows her stuff.
Food was one of the closest I've had to ramen in Japan. I'd rate it 4.5/5 but rounded up to 5 because it truly deserves the support. We had the Red Miso Ramen (a little on the sweet side), Tsukemen with its perfect savory broth, plus takoyaki & a small chashu bowl. I also love that they offer a less salty option for those watching their intake.
So happy to finally have a great ramen spot in the West Island. I'll definitely be back!
