Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.

Same as kinton not tasty at all, fake ramen many places dowtown are way better. I was wishing to find good ramen closer to my house but big disappointment I'll have to drive downtown to eat real ramen.
Great service & delicious food! Our waitress Alexandra was super friendly & patient, helped us choose what to order since we didn't know much about ramen, & her recommendations were perfect. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely amazing! Both the service & food was exceptional. Definitely one if the best ramen in west island & a must try if you are looking for a nice warm hug in a bowl! Recommend the spicy red miso!
I don't recommend this restaurant & here is why : I went to eat with my parents .. my mother didn't like her ramen & she asked to change to another Ramen immediately after tasting it & they refused.. she didn't eat half the soup then complain … they are cheap & disrespectful. They said I would have to order another soup . The bill comes & I ask for some sort of adjustment to be made & they wanted to offer 2.99$ off the bill , what a disgrace … after complaining to the waitress again she was able to discount to 20%… if she was able to do that then she could have comped the soup & call it a day but no… they prefer to be cheap . On the menu it doesn't say anywhere that it's final sale no refunds exchanges etc anyways because of this I will not be back & I do not recommend this restaurant .
I had to take the food to go, the waitress was very nice & efficient, it took about 10 minutes for her to take my order & then I only had to wait 5 minutes to have my order ready to go. I was pleased by the service & the food tasted really good! We had the sea salt ramen (my husband got the white sesame & I the chicken one).
Great new ramen spot in the West Island. We ordered the Assari Shoyu, Spicy Miso, & Takoyaki. Both broths were rich & flavourful, & the Takoyaki was delicious. Portions were generous. Our only comment is that it would be nice if the Spicy Miso also included half a marinated egg, as the Assari Shoyu does, without needing to add it as a top-up. Otherwise, the food, ambiance & service were excellent.
I had the red miso ramen. The broth itself was wonderful, very rich, & almost silky on the tongue. I crave broth like this on cold snowy days. The noodles were good, but I've had better, it lacks springiness when you bite into them. It does come with a nice heaping of toppings. I also ordered the gyozas, which were perfect appetizers.
It was great! Food was delicious & the service was awesome. The staff are very nice & are very helpful. It didn't take too long for the food to come (although it depends on the order) & the atmosphere is nice. The place is clean, as well as the restrooms, & it's easy to talk, but not 100% silent because there can be music playing occasionally. Although, if you like ramen you should definitely go check it out.

Food & service were excellent, price is reasonable.
I gave 4 stars just because we had to pay extra for the eggs.
Eggs should be included in the Ramen.
Overall, everything was very good.
C'est la troisième fois que j'y vais & c'est délicieux à chaque fois. La qualité est constante & ce, peu importe le bol choisi. Le service est impeccable. Le menu est simple & juste assez d'items. Les entrées aussi sont excellentes.
Petit point a mentionner, ils nous demande le niveau de sel que l'on désire. J'ai pris la version légère a ma dernière visite & c'était tout autant succulent.
Bref, Ramen Isshin est assurément dans les tops de Montréal, peu importe la succursale.
