Ramen Isshin Montreal Restaurant: Menu, Reviews & Reserve (2026)
RamenJapaneseAsianGrillVegetarianSoupsResto-Bar

Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.

We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!

Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.

Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.

We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesomeappetizer list.

Review Summary

Ramen Isshin is praised for rich broths and a variety of bowls, from Red Dragon to Red Miso and Spicy Miso, with many reviewers noting strong flavor, good presentation, and even calling it among the best ramen in Montreal's east end. The experience is generally friendly and attentive, though a few reviews mention a rude manager and occasional ordering mix ups. Opinions on portions and price vary, with some finding bowls a bit small or pricey for the meat content, while others feel the quality justifies the cost. A self-serve ordering style and buzzer pickup shape the vibe, and takeout is packaged well. The Galeries d'Anjou location is a common highlight as a welcome addition, and several reviewers say they will return to try other flavors despite occasional days when seasoning or meat portions seem lighter. Overall, ramen lovers are likely to enjoy the broth and variety, with some caveats about consistency.

New ramen place in Galerie d'Anjou. I tried the burnt garlic shoyu ramen. Broth is concentrated & thick. It is too salty to my liking but it's good nevertheless. We went to the Brossard branch & it tastes the same so they are consistent.

Packaged meticulously for take out. (Broth, noodles & seaweed are packed separately).

Probably the best ramen restaurant I've ever tried. I ordered the Red Dragon, & it was probably the perfect balance of flavor & spiciness I've ever tasted. I recommend this restaurant 100%.

I've been here twice first time was for a take out & they package that very well. Second time was a dine in & I was very pleased with the food both times.

The shio was good but the customer service is 0.
They wont change anything in the plates even when offered to pay extra. On top of this, my friend ordered a chicken bowl & was served a pork one. Not sure if it was a mistake on the screen or hers, but when she received it, she asked if she could switch her pork for chicken as its the same price & she wanted chicken. They told her no. So yes, it tasted good. But not 30$ good for a bowl. You'd think they would make a little effort when opening a new place (service wise).

Nourriture:
