I would give it a solid 3 out of 5 stars. It's a decent ramen spot overall, but nothing particularly extraordinary stands out about it. The broth was flavorful enough & comforting, especially on a cold day, but it didn't have the deep richness or complexity that makes a bowl truly memorable. The noodles were cooked properly with a good texture, though fairly standard compared to other ramen places in Montreal. This is the first time I had ramen with mung bean sprouts.
The toppings were fresh & well-prepared, but again, pretty typical-nothing that elevated the bowl. Service was friendly & efficient, which definitely added to the positive aspects of the experience. Overall, it's a reliable option if you're craving ramen in Verdun.
We came here for late lunch on Sunday. It was cold inside! Freezing! We ordered the shoyu ramen. The garlic oil was tooo much! When I mixed it, the broth became black & bitter. Too bad. I think without th garlic oil , the ramen would have been better.

My husband & I come here often, it's the best ramen we've ever had. We both get the original version with the hot sizzling broth whenever we come by, & it amazes us every time without fail. Friendly staff, appetizers, drinks, & dessert all to die for. Good music is always playing in here. 100% recommend!
Pretty good ramen spot! The broth was flavorful & the noodles had a nice texture. Portion size was decent, & the service was friendly & quick. The place can get busy, so sometimes there's a short wait. They have good options for vegan!
Super delicious ramen! I got the spiciest ramen they had to offer (Red Dragon) & it did not disappoint. The broth was rich, flavourful & had the perfect amount of spice. The chashu was tender & the marinated egg was super yummy. Service was friendly & efficient, & the atmosphere was clean & relaxed. Great spot for a satisfying bowl! I will definitely be coming back.
I've recently visited Isshin Ramen Verdun & it was a truly outstanding experience from start to finish. The ramen broth was rich, comforting, & perfectly seasoned. The noodles had a great chew & texture, & the toppings-especially the tender chashu & the runny soft?boiled egg-were fresh & flavorful.
The service was warm & attentive, & the atmosphere was cozy yet modern. They were able to handle a full house efficiently, & the wait time was reasonable even during a busy dinner rush. Portion sizes are generous, & the price is well worth it.
Five stars for cleanliness, friendly staff, & a menu with great variety-including vegetarian options. I'm already planning my next visit & recommend this place to ramen lovers in the Verdun area.
Very happy to have a good ramen chain in my neighborhood.
Efficient service, we got our orders in & served promptly.
I tried the tan tan, my friend the extra spicy ramen. Both had a good amount of spicyness, & the broth was tasty. Noodles were good, but you could tell they weren't made in-house, but few places in town can boast this.
Prices are typical, about 20$ a bowl.
Atmosphere is fine, we arrived early so it wasn't too crowded.
Will definitely return.
