I had a very disappointing experience. A man who I believe was the manager spoke to my friends & me in a disrespectful & rude manner because we were playing cards If there was an issue with it he could have politely explained the rules instead of giving us attitude customer service should always be respectful & this interaction made us feel unwelcome.

Extremely disrespectful owner. Didn't let me & my friends sit down when the store was was not full. We were 2/5 people buying & immediately told us the rest of the party wasn't welcome. He was very rude! Never again!!!

My teenage sons went to Radikal Dezzertz
West Island with a few Friends. The place was only 1/2 full & there were plenty of tables available. Three out of five ordered dessert but they had just gone for dinner & my kids were just too full.
They were approached & told if they don't order something they will have to leave the premises as they are taking up space that other clients could use. They were told to either order or leave. The entire table stood up, left their desserts & walked out..
