J'étais un client régulier, mais cette expérience a complètement changé mon avis.
On a commandé 30 minutes à l'avance pour éviter d'attendre, & malgré ça, on a dû patienter encore 30 minutes sur place. Aucun sens de l'organisation.
Pendant l'attente, rien, même pas de l'eau. On a fini par recevoir une salade de pâtes & de l'eau déposées sur la table sans un mot, comme si c'était normal.
& le pire c'est qu'au moment de payer, le gérant s'est permis de faire une scène parce que je n'ai pas laissé de tip. Exiger un pourboire après un service aussi mauvais, c'est franchement déplacé.
Très décevant, surtout pour un endroit où j'avais l'habitude d'aller. Avec ce genre d'attitude, ils viennent de perdre quatre clients fidèles. C'est fini pour nous.

Went last night & this place is an absolute gem. I tried the tassot boeuf & the plat de cuisse de poulet, & both were insanely good. The way they slice & sear the chicken gives it an incredible crispy texture while keeping it juicy. This was my first time there but I'll 100% be back
