Delicious, authentic, freshly made Haitian food. We had the legume dinner & fried snapper dinner (snapper is not on the menu, but available by request). Both were cooked perfectly. The plantain was fried perfectly - crisp outside, soft & delicious inside. Pikliz wasn't brought with the plate, was a tiny amount, & cost extra??? That would be my only negative feedback. Pikliz should be included with every meal. I'd eat here again for sure.

WOW! Je suis très difficile quand il s'agit de nourriture haïtienne, mais Racine Créole, chapeau bas 👏🏾
La fraîcheur des plats & le goût sont tout simplement excellents.
Le service à la clientèle est vraiment très bien. J'ai pris pour emporter cette fois-ci, mais il faut absolument que j'essaie de manger sur place. L'endroit est propre & chaleureux.
Durant ces 2 dernières années, j'ai mangé à ce restaurant à des moments différents & espacés. Le même étonnement & satisfaction de la qualité des plats est au rendez-vous! Menu savoureux! Je vous le recommande!

Le personnel est très accueillant, la nourriture est très bonne & les portions sont bonnes. Vraiment agréable avec une bonne bière haïtienne! Merci beaucoup pour le bon moment & les recommandations! Hâte de revenir ! :)
Expérience complètement inacceptable. J'ai attendu 1 heure juste pour recevoir l'entrée, sans aucune explication, aucun délai annoncé, rien. Zéro communication du début à la fin.
Au moment de payer, je veux simplement rajouter un item à ma commande. On me dit que ça va sortir'tout de suite'. Résultat : on revient me dire 15 minutes… puis après 30 minutes, toujours rien. À ce stade, ça faisait déjà presque 2 heures que j'étais au restaurant, pour finalement repartir sans même avoir reçu ce que j'avais commandé.Honnêtement, on a vraiment l'impression qu'on se fout de notre gueule.
& le pire : au moment de payer, on nous met un coup de pression devant les autres clients parce qu'on n'a pas laissé de tip. C'est extrêmement déplacé, surtout avec un service aussi catastrophique.Ils viennent clairement de perdre des clients fidèles aujourd'hui. Je ne reviendrai plus.
