Racine Créole is one of the best Haitian 🇭🇹 restaurants in Laval! The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors, & served fresh. The service was excellent; the staff were welcoming, attentive, & made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Aujourd'hui, j'ai acheté deux assiettes de griot & l'odeur était tellement irrésistible que j'ai dû m'arrêter en chemin pour en prendre quelques bouchées avant même d'arriver à la maison ! & je n'ai pas été déçue : le griot était incroyablement tendre & juteux, les bananes fines & croustillantes à souhait, & le riz… un vrai délice ! Je n'avais pas mangé un riz aussi savoureux depuis mon dernier séjour en Haïti.
Les pikliz avaient ce goût authentique des bonnes vieilles recettes traditionnelles, avec une petite touche en plus qui les rend encore plus savoureux & uniques. Quant au macaroni, il était tout simplement excellent : bien frais, & délicieux.
Les prix sont semblables à ceux des autres restaurants, mais ici la qualité est vraiment au-dessus de la moyenne. En plus, l'homme qui servait aujourd'hui était d'une grande gentillesse & a offert un service à la clientèle impeccable.
Je suis ravie qu'on m'ait recommandé ce petit trésor culinaire. Ce sera dorénavant mon nouveau restaurant préféré. Bravo au propriétaire & à toute l'équipe : votre passion se ressent dans chaque bouchée.

What an incredible experience! This place is the real deal-super authentic haitian food that tastes like it came straight from the motherland! The vibe was warm, inviting, & full of character-exactly what you want when you're craving Haitian food. Portions were absolutely perfect, so you can enjoy every bite without feeling stuffed. From start to finish, everything was spot on. I'll definitely be coming back & recommending it to anyone!

Bon 2 fois sur 5 tu peux venir & le riz est bien dur ou une autre fois le légume n'est pas bien fait payer 30$ un légume faudrait au moins que la qualité soit constant
