Nous (4) sommes allés manger hier soir au Racine Créole & nous avons été agréablement surpris! La nourriture est tellement goûteuse & la viande est moelleuse 🤤 en tant qu'haitienne je confirme que c'est de la nourriture haïtienne AUTHENTIQUE. Nous avons été accueillis avec de VRAI konpa. Bravo à l'équipe! 🇭🇹✨

Vous voyez dans les photos un Fritay & trois Cabrit avec un accompagnement de macaronis (par personne).

Nous sommes allées à cinq amies un vendredi soir, & quelle belle découverte ! Comme nous n'arrivions pas à nous décider, la serveuse - très attentionnée d'ailleurs - nous a proposé un plat à partager : dinde, tassot de cabri, riz djondjon, salade de macaroni, bananes pesées, accras & marinades. Tout était succulent, bien assaisonné & généreux. Les bananes pesées, minces & croustillantes à souhait, étaient un vrai délice ! Le pikliz était parfaitement dosé, juste ce qu'il faut de piquant.

Le service était impeccable, souriant & rapide, & l'ambiance conviviale & chaleureuse avec de la bonne musique kompa en fond. Nous avons partagé une bouteille de vin blanc & passé une soirée mémorable.

Un endroit authentique & accueillant que je recommande sans hésiter - & où nous retournerons certainement !

Trying a new place & went by the reviews. A lot of takeout being picked up, we ate in( thursday night) . I had a big griot plate. Meat was very well seasoned & cooked, no big fatty pieces like other places that give you half your portion. I was wanting more meat but the big rice portion made up for it. Macaroni salad was on point, pikliz as well & the sauce was very seasoned. Wife had the roasted chicken leg & it was also very tasty. To my surprise, the plantain were ever so slightly salted, & came accross as that little extra bit of flavour to the dish. Would strongly recommend.
