I have been ordering gelato from Qwelli by UberEats for a while now & our family really liked the taste & quality of the different flavours, however, the last time I ordered they forgot to add the wafer biscuits that were offered for free if 3 flavours of 500 ml pots were ordered.
Today again I ordered from Qwelli via UberEats & the pots that they sent were plain white, no name on it, different & smaller in size than usual & didn't seem like they were 500 ml. The gelatos were sweeter than the ones I had had before. I think they have started ripping off the customers as I experienced it twice now. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had similar issues.
To the management, please look into this so that you don't start losing loyal customers like me.
The gelato is really good but the price is hefty. Staff are nice & fast to serve. Very clean.
The strawberry cheesecake ice cream is very good!! However the girl at the cash seemed pretty rude. She wasn't welcoming & didn't offer us a smile. (02/08/2025 around 9:30)

I had cherry & pistachio & my hubby had cafe latte. Delicious
Pricey but amazing ice cream. Would be nice to have a more healthy option, but let's be honest, you know what it is when you get there
Je fréquente ce magasin de glace depuis où il s'appelait encore La Paysanne. C'est l'un de mes endroits préférés pour une bonne crème glacée, mais ce qui est vraiment décevant, c'est que les QUANTITÉS ont, elles, diminué. On ne parle pas d'un petit ajustement : les bols sont maintenant remplis de façon trompeuse, en étalant la glace sur les côtés tout en laissant le centre creux. Pour le prix qu'on paie, c'est franchement inacceptable!
Super nice place to buy delicious milkshakes & ice cream. Staff is very nice. The parking lot was arranged & it is beautiful.
My absolute favourite place to get icecream in the city! Service & icecream always on point however; i think they might have a sewage problem because it smells like someone didnt flush a toilet but overall the best icecream
Friendly staff, very nice atmosphere & the choices are great!!! They also have nice lit up outdoor seating
