Personally of you are gonna order from here it's better as take out.

Unfortunately, I have to update my once 5-star review of this Quesada. It no longer feels like the same place, & I suspect there's been a change in management. I gave it three chances, & each visit was a disappointment. The staff was rude & struggled to communicate, portions were noticeably smaller, the food was lukewarm, &-most surprisingly-Indian music was playing in a Mexican restaurant. It's sad to see one of my favorite fast-food spots decline like this.
The food is always great. Best place to stop on a late night. Bahaa makes a mean burrito
Service is great as always but the food quality has gotten so bad. Stale rice, hard undercooked beans, hard & burnt chicken & overall super dry from the lack of sauce they put on. Also the portions have shrunk massively since a couple of years ago. Really disappointed.
Always incredible. Just don't forget to ask for it to be toasted like I did!

I've been here a few times & overall have had decent experiences but this last time completely grossed me out. Walked in with my kids on a Sunday at 11:40am. There was no one in the restaurant. The only employee was in the back & the screens were off. He finally came to the front to serve us with his pants half way down his waist. I asked if he could open the tv screens so we could see the menu ?? He opens it & then I look at the food & it looked old from previous days (half empty containers, stale looking, etc). I asked if the food was fresh & he said no. Honestly, the guy looked stoned, the place opens at 11 & he didn't open the tv yet or changed the food. I don't want someone like that serving me my food.
I walked right out of there.
Please please please check the UberEats settings when it comes to the Burrito, for some reason lettuce isn't even an option that can be added 💔 !!!! I tried to call to have it added but the phone doesn't seem to be much of a priority (maybe bc it's busy) but if the option were available I wouldn't have to bother people hard at work.

Outstanding service! The employees are always smiling, helpful, & attentive. The burritos & nachos taste even better with such great service.
Service client impeccable. Il y a eu une erreur de communication lors de la commande & l'employé a facilement réglé la situation. Le burrito est excellent & bien garni. Les nachos sont un peu mou car il y a beaucoup de sauce/bouillon. Je vais revenir.

Old Manager & staff left by the end of summer, an employee informed me.
I noticed immediately as the vibe seemed totally different, fried beans paste was liquid, chipotle tofu liquid sauce as well & ran out of pickled red onions.
The older staff seemed happy, content & always in a good mood.
The new staff seems more neutral & less passionate about serving.
The food is also bland, I came second time & the rice is too dry & tofu lacks flavor.
Basically I now come here just to feed myself but it leaves wanting more since the taste isn't like before.
Sad as this used to be my favorite & best branch of all Quesada I've tried in Laval & Montreal.

Hadi gave us such great service & the burrito was delicious, i rarely leave reviews but this spot deserves it i will definetly comeback
