I ordered a chicken burrito bowl on Uber eats & received the beef one, I don't eat beef. Ended up eating the lettuce & the stale rice loaded with a truck load of spciy pepper. Full fledged Diarrhea for the last 24 hours. Thanks Quesada, you guys are more effective than a laxative.
Mon resto préférer j'y vais 3 x semaine au moin mais caliss quand tu fais des uber prend la peine de dire salut , priorité au client en succursale je suis là pensant 5 min à attendre pas de salut pas rien t'es concentrer sur tes maudit uber. Aucun eye contact ,
Pour de vrai réveil & service en succursale priorité que ton uber madame !!!

The food is consistently fresh, well-prepared, & made in front of you, which adds to the overall experience. The service is excellent, & Bahaa stands out for his professionalism & strong customer service skills. The team is efficient, & the occasional special offers are a great added value. It's a place I enjoy visiting regularly & would recommend to others.
Let me start by being very clear: the two gentlemen behind the counter-especially the younger one-were kind, welcoming, & genuinely hospitable. I truly appreciated their attitude & friendliness, & I wish them the very best.
However, this is one of the dirtiest food establishments I have ever stepped into.
The level of lack of hygiene is simply shocking, especially considering the volume of customers they seem to serve. There were visible buckets of garbage overflowing behind the counter, spills throughout the prep area, & grime on floors, walls, & countertops that clearly hasn't been addressed in some time.
More concerning was the food handling itself:
• Ingredient bins appeared cross-contaminated (corn mixed with other items, etc.)
• Several ingredients looked like they had been sitting out for too long
• The beans were in an unusual watery state
• The chicken lacked proper grilling & appearance
• Overall, cleanliness & food safety standards seemed neglected
As someone with a Latino background, I say this respectfully: I have never seen food prepared in this condition.
My friends who brought me here enjoyed their experience, but I personally could not get past what I was seeing. The photos will speak for themselves.
To be candid, this appears to be an ownership & management issue-not a staff attitude issue. The team on site was kind, but they are working within a system that is clearly failing them.
This is not just about preference-it is a health concern. Foodborne illness is real, & it doesn't take much.
Because of the seriousness of these issues, I have to leave a 1-star review at this time.
That said, I remain open to revisiting this review in the future if significant improvements are made & proper standards are implemented.
Je suis venu pour mon pickup Uber, & je remarque que le propriétaire est entrain de wrap avec ses mains mes nu . Je le confronte & il s'excuse plusieurs fois . Mais ce n'est pas acceptable.
