About

Queen Sheba centers its culinary identity on authentic Ethiopian traditions, emphasizing the communal experience of sharing vibrant, spice-forward dishes atop sourdough injera. The menu prioritizes complex flavors derived from traditional spice blends like berbere and mitmita, which season an array of slow-cooked legumes, vegetables, and savory stews. Diners utilize the spongy, fermented flatbread as the primary utensil to scoop up hearty preparations ranging from red lentils to sautéed greens. This establishment offers significant variety for those seeking plant-based meals, ensuring that vegan options remain central rather than secondary to the overall dining concept. The kitchen focuses on delivering bold, earthy profiles through meticulous preparation of pulses and aromatic legumes. Every served platter reflects the heritage of communal eating, encouraging patrons to engage with the food in a tactile and shared manner throughout their meal.

Loved the food, tasted just like I remember it from other restaurants. Service was fairly quick, but I found the chairs uncomfortable. Once I was full I had to stand up.

Such a delicious meal with a nice personal touch of the chef coming out to say hi. So affordable! We shared the platter for 3 & the portions were generous & delicious. Try the honey wine!

The service wasn't good at all, there was a lot of rudeness coming from the attending waitress. The appetizer was much better than the meal I ordered itself & it wasn't my first time trying Ethiopian Food. I was with my friends, a group of 5, we ordered a big meal which was recommended from the menu only to end up with so little stew & one drumstick chicken. I asked the waitress that maybe it might be a mixed up cause the order was meant for a group of 5, only to ended up with a rude'I don't know' answer. The bill ended up racking up to around $180 bucks which was SOOOO overpriced for the quality & quantity of the meal we ended up with. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!!

The service was so bad the waitress was so rude. The appetizer was better than the meal itself even tho this is not the first time I tried Ethiopian food. We were a group of 5 they gave us so little stew & one chicken drumstick when we asked why the waitress responded with a rude idk next time we I will tell them to add more. The bill was 180 which is SUPER overpriced for the quantity & quality of the food. DO NOT GO THERE.

First time trying Ethiopian food. The taste was okay, nothing special. The quantity was disappointing. We ordered the $90 platter for four & there was a single chicken leg piece which was not filling. The other dishes were also not worth the money.

Food was good, but expected a bit more after trying Ethiopian cuisine in other places. The coffee was excellent though.
