Many diners praise Qing Hua Dumpling for fresh, handmade dumplings with juicy fillings and thin skins, offering a wide variety from pork and chive to lamb coriander and vegetarian options, plus flavorful broths and satisfying textures. Service is described as fast, attentive, and friendly, the space is clean and welcoming, and while crowds can form, the dumplings made to order make the wait worthwhile.
Came here on a Monday so it wasn't too busy. We got 15 chicken & 15 pork to split. All of them were so delicious. We may have finished in record time! It's a chill atmosphere & the waiter was attentive. I'd come back to the other flavors!
The dumplings were definitely delicious, & the portions per basket were very generous.
I ordered the pork & chive filling, as well as the chicken & mushroom-both tasted great. The dipping sauce was pretty standard Chinese style, just like what you'd get in China.

I've visited this amazing place several times, & it never disappoints. I can't resist sharing the joy with others I've probably brought over 20 different friends already, & each time has been fantastic. It's easily the best restaurant I've tried in Chinatown, & I'm particularly enamored with their pork & shrimp dishes. The flavors are simply irresistible a true culinary delight!

Sel, sucre, poivre... Quelque chose comme ça.
Dumplings were dry, overcooked, & came in a 15-pack with no attempt at identifying which was which. There are much more authentic & tasty dumplings elsewhere in Montreal.
Really delicious dumplings! We got pork & chive & chicken curry. The chicken curry had the most amazing coriander essence- a new favorite! The jasmine tea provided a delicious accompaniment. YOM!
Classic, amazing experience as always. Yes it's busy, yes you might have to wait for a table. But the servers are RUNNING to get you taken care of, along with the hoards of other people in the restaurant. Went on a Friday night & was eating within 20 minutes of walking in the door. Fresh fresh tasting, & plentiful vegetarian options.
Expect some wait time because they make dumplings fresh for each order. It is worth it for every penny. The skin texture is great, the soup in side is delicious, & the stuffing has great flavor. Dill pork & coriander lamb are what we ordered & they are one of the best dumplings I have ever had. With chilly oil & raw garlic each bite, the flavor is on another level.
