Family went here on a visit to Montreal. The menu was very limited with its options. They had a kids menu so the 14 year old who is very picky & has eating sensitivities was told she couldn't order the from the kids menu because she is two years too old. She was still not allowed to even after we explained that she wouldn't eat anything off the menu. Very disappointing since she is still a child. She ended up eating fries off everyone's plates.

Dès l'arrivée la note est jouée : Aucune reconnaissance du client qui attend (c'est écrit : Attendre ici pour qu'on vous place) donc aucun regard ni'bonjour'. En revanche bon nombre de personnes passet devant & vont s'installer seules. Nous avons du attendre 15 minutes avec un enfant alors que de nombreuses personnes partaient. Le bruit est juste énorme(intérieur ou en terrasse) & à nouveau de l'attente pour être servis tout en étant placés'collés serrés' avec les tables de chaque côté. Les frites brûlées... sans parler de l'apéro avec un glaçon aussi gros que le verre & 2 gouttes d'alcool dedans. Heureusement la serveuse que nous avons finalement eu avait le sourire contrairement aux autres... ouf !

We sat on the back patio which had shade & ceiling fans running. It was very pleasant out there for such a hot day. Our waitress was great but she had A LOT of tables out there. We were not in a rush & enjoyed our time. Food was very good as were the drinks.
Overall a very good experience & would recommend coming here.

Excellent Sunday brunch at the Pub Wolf & Workman! The food was great & included gluten free options. The rear outdoor patio was a nice option on a sunny day. Service was great. Highly recommended!

My companions' food was delicious! As usual, my choice wasn't as good. Although the falafel burger tasted ok, it was sloppy & hard to keep it from deconstructing in my hand.
The courtyard was charming & the rhubarb soda extraordinary!

Hearty pub food in the middle of Vieux-Montreal. The mezze plate, burrata & fisherman pie were real standout dishes! We were seated in the outdoor terrace, where there was a fantastic ambience, great service & even dog friendly!

I've been here for brunch twice & have never been disapointed. Grear flavor, atmosphere & service. Prices are also fair for the good quality food that we're served.

Had a scotch egg for the first time. Was very tasty & definitely worth it. Beers were great but make sure to go after 5pm for happy hour.

Absolutely amazing & beautiful, the avocado toast was so yummy & tastey! The service was incredible not to mention our Lovely server Gabi was top notch being so kind & attentive towards our table! Will be coming again & definitely will be making this a top recommendations. Also bottomless mimosa is a must here!! Glass was never empty!

Amazing food & service. I mixed up my reservation & they were so gracious & kind & found us a table despite the busy Saturday night crowd. The food was very very good. Everything we tried - the hanger steak, the pot pies (so incredible), the fattoush - was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Pub Wolf & Workman impressed in all the ways a top-rated restaurant should. The food, drinks, service, location, ambiance, & value; all excellent!
We made reservations well in advance for a Thursday evening at 7:30 PM. Upon arrival, we were greeted courteously & promptly seated in a dining room. There was a terrace at the back, which looked great & was full of people enjoying the good vibe.
The whole place was lively, with a vibrant buzz, but somehow it also felt warm, inviting & relaxed, as any place calling itself a pub should feel. The inside had an aesthetically pleasing mix of old-world, even luxurious charm, with a nice modern twist. Trendy, yes, but cozy, too.
Our server was very good. Prompt. Friendly. Bilingual. She listened & engaged & gave us bang-on recommendations. It was busy & she had several tables, but she was positive, attentive & readily available all evening. Great job!
The cocktails were on point. A Coconut Marmalade Horchata & a Wild Strawberry Margarita. I also had a nice pour of Murphy's Irish Stout. All were excellent.
We started with a delicious Howard Scotch Egg with maple syrup sausage, Branston chutney & arugula. Fantastic!
For our mains, we sampled from their famous'Pie Shoppe' & had the popular Chicken Pot Pie & Beef Stroganoff Pie. They were amazing. Eye-poppingly humongous & perfectly prepared. Which is better is a matter of personal preference (esp. re: chicken vs. beef), but in our opinion the Beef Stroganoff Pie was extra-delicious & peerless.
The Wolf & Workman left a great impression as a hospitable, somewhat upscale pub-style restaurant with a great offerings & a very nice blend of British/Quebecois vibe, right in the heart of Old Montreal.

Very lovely staff. Professional & very friendly & they certainly know how to make a mean cocktail. A really well stocked bar, & a very impressive range of Scotch whiskies, & a top shelf to die for...... I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to chill over a pint or a cocktail ... Five stars for sure.

We had such a great dinner. Have to lead with the food. I have been salivating for the Salmon Pave since leaving. Drinks were interesting & excellent. The atmosphere & service were right behind it. Seating is a little tight but plan to go back soon.
