We stumbled upon this place & so happy we did that we actually came back twice this weekend! Spacious bar that included heated patio & ample seating. Foodwise, it's a traditional English pub with really tasty & fresh food. We had ordered the Scotch egg & croquettes for some apps to go with our drinks & they were perfection. Drinks were delicious. Servers were really attentive & friendly. Overall, a really fun vibe when you walk through the doors & we can't wait to come back! Update: their patio is dog friendly so this is a total bonus for our fur friends!

Great little English pub with a twist! Scotch eggs to die for! One of the rare place you can order your burger medium rare! & a friendly staff that makes you feel right at home!
Très beau pub! Excellent plats! Essayez le Howard Scotch Egg si vous n'avez jamais essayé ça, c'est tellement bon!!! J'aurais mangé juste ça! Belle ambiance pub (donc pas un resto silencieux), service est très bon! Apparemment ils ont une superbe terrasse extérieure!

Great good, super cosy atmosphere & friendly & happy staff... Definitely recommend for anyone that is feeling comfort food. Would recommend the homemade scotch egg !
Absolutely fantastic. The drinks were very tasty & decently priced, & the food was among the best I have ever had. Do NOT skip on the entrées, they are very much worth it. The scotch egg & the salmon gravlax were just divine. The carbonara is fantastic, & the tika masala was very generous & tasty. The service is great & the employees are very friendly & attentive. We are looking forward to coming again for sure.

I had brunch today at the restaurant that I have been going to for the last 5 years. Very disappointed. Although the food was very fresh, it was cold. I ordered eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. I have never eaten cold eggs like this.The other issue was the absolutely crazy noise level in the restaurant. Our server spoke extremely fast & because of the music playing at an incredibly loud volume, we had to uncomfortably have her repeat at least 7 times. Really?! To be fair, we did not know there was a rugby game that was getting ready to start on screen, South Africa & New Zealand I think. When I was able to tell the server how difficult it was to hear her, she proposed we change tables & then disappeared thus leaving us to move our coffees & water glasses to the only table a few feet away. This is when we realised the game had started & were guessing that maybe the music was turned off. At this point my tinnitus was in full swing. I have never really written negative reviews, having travelled all ver the world & consider myself a very patient & tolerant customer. After having been a client at this beautiful establishment at least 8 times over the last 5 years, I am sorry to say that I will no longer be a patron.
We came for lunch & were not that impressed by the choice of lunch menu so decided to get 3 appys. The hummus, the scotch egg, , & the meatballs. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere is awesome as we sat outside in the courtyard, & the food was excellent. The scotch egg is the best I have had ever. Highly recommend the place & would suggest they expand the menu if you have that good of chefs working there. As a former chef….challenge yourself!
Great brunch place! We had some eggs Benedict & pancakes with bacon. We also had some extra halloumi & crunchy potatoes that were super tasty!
The chocolate cake for dessert was also very smooth & light.
Pub atmosphere, very nice!
Amazing brunch on the morning of my wedding in Montreal.
I had eggs Benedict with salmon. It was so delicious.
Coffee was decent but could have been slightly better.
Server was super friendly & attentive.
Great atmosphere in both the dining area, bar, & covered patio.
We even returned the next day for brunch again.

The atmosphere is great. Unfortunately, my Eggs Benedict (gravlax du saumon style) were C.O.A. (cold on arrival). I love the interior terrace. Did you know? The staff can close the terrace's covering if it rains. How cool is that?
I came for brunch to celebrate my mom's birthday. We had the shakshouka & the eggs Benedict, they were both delicious! The service was really quick, helpful & friendly. We will definitely be back!

The food was good & reminiscent of my UK experiences.
I did however have an issue with the size of the ice cubes placed in a cocktail glass-a bit sly methinks!
The under crust of the pie we had was also uncooked.

Very nice! A nice discovery for us in Old Montreal. We went there for a workday lunch & had a table on the terrace. The terrace is fully enclosed with lots of greenery & is quite nice for summertime. I had the gravlax, very good, someone else had the scotch egg, also very good - & another person had the hamburger of the day which was huge & looked absolutely delicious. Service was very attentive to all our needs. I will be back for sure. My one wish, please make it possible to reserve the terrace. Thanks
