Dans l’ensemble, Pub Saint Pierre est perçu comme un pub chaleureux et vivant du Vieux-Montréal, avec une ambiance conviviale et une offre solide de bières, de cocktails et de plats généreux qui témoignent d’une cuisine de pub bien réalisée. Les avis évoquent des moments forts pour les burgers maison, les tartares et les fruits de mer, des poutines réussies et des boissons créatives, le tout dans une atmosphère qui peut être animée ou détendue selon l’heure et le cadre, la terrasse estivale étant appréciée et l’endroit propice aussi bien aux groupes qu’au brunch. The best Pub in MTL in my opinion. Always great atmosphere & the food is amazing. I recommend that you make reservation because it's one of the Old Port busiest restaurant everyday of the week.
Hostess isn't friendly, warm or welcoming. The small woman was on a power trip & forgot she's in the business of hospitality. The waiter (pretty sure his name is Ryan or Kyle) was a sweetheart & genuinely wanted to be on the floor, treating patrons warmly & respectfully.
Beer selection is poor but food makes up for that. Atmosphere is very big city pub with tourists mingling with local. Bar staff is not always friendly & not engaging, much like a big city pub. Overall, great food & fun!
The pub floor is very different than the bar one on the second floor. The availability of the two different vibe in the same place is just a perfect match.
We order that Quebec fries they were really good & tasty & also we got the hazy New England IPA locally from Quebec & it was really good good atmosphere good vibe good times
We were able to snag a last-minute reservation here for a New Year's Eve dinner with the family, which was a win in itself. Our reservation was earlier than usual (7:30), & when we arrived the dining room was about three-quarters full-busy, but not chaotic like we initially expected for NYE.
We were seated promptly, but unfortunately it took about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. That more or less set the tone for the night. Service wasn't bad, just slow & a bit disconnected, & at times it became noticeable enough to be distracting.
That said, the food was excellent-no complaints there. Everything we ordered was well prepared & flavorful. Add to that the fact that we went on a Wednesday when all bottles of wine were half off, & it definitely softened the blow & made the experience more enjoyable.
Overall, it's a cool spot with good food & a great wine deal. While the service could use some tightening up, I'd absolutely come back-at the very least for drinks.
Served hard boiled eggs for poached eggs & took 30 mins to redo. Burnt onions & full of pickled onions. Cold'Turkish breakfast' Inattentive service & a total waste of $100
Tres belle decouverte. Une belle place tres propre avec un service fantastique & de l'excellente nourriture sauf... les frites. Tous est fait maison, frais, belle presentation, & delicieux sauf... les frites. Nous allons y retourner sans hesitation.
Great pub & awesome food! Lola was great & the service was terrific. Who would have thunk it that a French toast avacado eggs Benny would be amazing but it was, so savory!
Pub Saint?Pierre is an absolute gem in the Old Port.
I had the joue de boeuf & the beef tartare, & both were outstanding, rich, perfectly prepared, & full of flavor. The food was genuinely delicious.
The ambience is lively yet cozy, making it a great spot whether you're out for dinner or drinks, & the cocktails were amazing, creative & well balanced.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, great drinks, & a fantastic atmosphere in Old Montréal.
Tonight, we started at Barrelman's on the second floor for premium house cocktails & slowly braised beef cheek (oh the pink peppercorns, so good) melts in your mouth send back the knife not needed here! Second appetiser burrata on tomatoes with pomegranate seeds! Thank you Arnaud! We then came down to main floor to visit with Emerson (no Lake no Palmer) we ordered Salmon Tartare one of the best & to top it off a non traditional hot dog. All was really tasty, strongly recommend! Overall ambiance is great!
