Dans l’ensemble, Pub Saint Pierre est perçu comme un pub chaleureux et vivant du Vieux-Montréal, avec une ambiance conviviale et une offre solide de bières, de cocktails et de plats généreux qui témoignent d’une cuisine de pub bien réalisée. Les avis évoquent des moments forts pour les burgers maison, les tartares et les fruits de mer, des poutines réussies et des boissons créatives, le tout dans une atmosphère qui peut être animée ou détendue selon l’heure et le cadre, la terrasse estivale étant appréciée et l’endroit propice aussi bien aux groupes qu’au brunch. Came in for a work 5 a 7 with colleagues. We were told that our reservation was valid for 2-hours (so far so good). About 5 mins after we were served a fresh round of drinks (close to the 2-hour mark), the staff came & told us we had to leave the table immediately. Our beers were still completely full so we asked the staff what to do if we were literally being kicked out of the table, they told us to stand up in the corridor (outside the toilets, in the way of staff coming in & out of the kitchen). We ended up walking out to finish our drinks (the 10C night somehow felt warmer than the cold treatment we got from the staff!), this caused yet another discussion with the staff. Never coming back!
I've really enjoyed sharing this anecdote with everyone I know... as people say:'your customers are your best advertisers!' interestingly, as I've shared this story with other colleagues & friends, many people have told me that the same thing happened to them!
Sloppy strategy Pub Saint Pierre, particularly when your clientele is made of local working people, who, like us, organize work gatherings often... we will continue to do this, just not at your pub!
Pub St-Pierre is our go-to spot whenever we're in Old Montreal. If you're looking for a true local vibe paired with great food, this is it. The menu is absolutely delicious without any pretension. My personal favourite is the steak tartare-available during dinner service & always a must. Whether you're in the mood for a pint, a cocktail, or even a mocktail, you won't be disappointed at Pub St-Pierre. ♥

Writing a review as I see another recent similar reviewer about a similar case & this could be a trend to be watchful of. I went to this pub recently & got a drink & appetizers, including oysters. Later that night I got severe food poisoning, which took the whole weekend to fully recover from, & my friend had a similar experience. I advise the pub & future clients to be careful.
I had no problem with the service, but this was a very unfortunate outcome, hence my 1 stars.
We went to Pub St Pierre as a group of 7 for brunch over the weekend & had a great experience. Our server was prompt, took care of our guest with dietary restrictions, & ensured everyone was well taken care of! Food was great & we had no complaints!
I gave 4 stars for atmosphere solely because the music was way too loud for a brunch service, otherwise everything was very clean & inviting!
Pub Saint Pierre, Fantastic Spot, food is great, drinks are on point. Staff very friendly, owner was great to chat with. Snacks menu was really good, gyoza dumplings 🔥 & the olives were 💣

This pub had great food & truly excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, & made us feel very welcome from start to finish.
The atmosphere was the perfect chill pub vibe - relaxed, cozy, & a great place to unwind & enjoy a meal or drinks. Everything we ordered was delicious & came out just right.
It is a little on the pricey side for what it is, but the quality of the food & the outstanding service definitely made it worth the visit. Overall, a really enjoyable experience & a great spot to spend an evening
The best Pub in MTL in my opinion. Always great atmosphere & the food is amazing. I recommend that you make reservation because it's one of the Old Port busiest restaurant everyday of the week.
Beer selection is poor but food makes up for that. Atmosphere is very big city pub with tourists mingling with local. Bar staff is not always friendly & not engaging, much like a big city pub. Overall, great food & fun!
The pub floor is very different than the bar one on the second floor. The availability of the two different vibe in the same place is just a perfect match.

Great pub & awesome food! Lola was great & the service was terrific. Who would have thunk it that a French toast avacado eggs Benny would be amazing but it was, so savory!
Pub Saint?Pierre is an absolute gem in the Old Port.
I had the joue de boeuf & the beef tartare, & both were outstanding, rich, perfectly prepared, & full of flavor. The food was genuinely delicious.
The ambience is lively yet cozy, making it a great spot whether you're out for dinner or drinks, & the cocktails were amazing, creative & well balanced.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, great drinks, & a fantastic atmosphere in Old Montréal.
I love this pub, I love the vibe & the location. We have become regulars but last night the food was not on par with what we're used to. The beef tartare literally became an inside joke with our group when we were there previous times about how good it is, just to go in last night & it be completely different, there was barely any beef in the tartare, it was mostly cheese, the sweet potato & way too much mustard- I felt ripped off I can't lie & my stomach was aching for the rest of the night. I thought I'd leave this comment here cause I paid so much for beef & it was genuinely mostly filler.
Je n'ai pas eu le plaisir de découvrir l'ambiance du pub qui se trouve au 1ier étage. C'etait complet ce soir.
Par contre, j'ai adoré le bar du bar à Cocktails du 2ieme! Le bartender est simplement génial!
Attentif, il saura mettre l'étendu de sa connaissance, la précision de ses gestes ainsi que la beauté de son style au service de vos papilles!
Le French75 préparé comme au Harry's Bar de Paris, avec les gouttes d'Absynthe qui font toute la différence.
Le Vieux Carré merveilleusement exécuté!
Le cocktail d'inspiration parfaitement équilibré !
& l'Expresso Martini, à l'extrait de café Cold Brewed... 😍
Bref... Un partition parfait pour le maestro!
