Dans l’ensemble, Pub Saint Pierre est perçu comme un pub chaleureux et vivant du Vieux-Montréal, avec une ambiance conviviale et une offre solide de bières, de cocktails et de plats généreux qui témoignent d’une cuisine de pub bien réalisée. Les avis évoquent des moments forts pour les burgers maison, les tartares et les fruits de mer, des poutines réussies et des boissons créatives, le tout dans une atmosphère qui peut être animée ou détendue selon l’heure et le cadre, la terrasse estivale étant appréciée et l’endroit propice aussi bien aux groupes qu’au brunch. Des réserves subsistent sur la constance du service et la rapidité en période d’affluence, sur quelques plats ou portions qui peuvent varier et sur des tarifs parfois jugés élevés pour le niveau offert. L’endroit séduit par son décor authentique du Vieux-Montréal et son ambiance festive mais reste une expérience qui peut varier d’une visite à l’autre, d’où l’intérêt de réserver et d’explorer les cocktails et l’offre culinaire tout en sachant que le ressenti peut différer selon le soir et le personnel.

& the do happy hour 4-7 I can have like 2 dollars oysters.
Fish & chips was delicious
Wife had the lobster sandwich which we found too salty. Fortunately the waitress offered to replace it or order another thing. Music is very low, so it s more of a place to chat & have conversations.
We went to Pub St Pierre as a group of 7 for brunch over the weekend & had a great experience. Our server was prompt, took care of our guest with dietary restrictions, & ensured everyone was well taken care of! Food was great & we had no complaints!
I gave 4 stars for atmosphere solely because the music was way too loud for a brunch service, otherwise everything was very clean & inviting!

The entire experience from the staff, particularly Harry at the bar, to the exquisite styling of the fixtures, wallpaper, tile, & music including the upstairs establishment Barrelmans, is not to be missed in Montreal.
We came here yesterday, Saturday lunchtime to watch the rugby. What a cracking pub. Local brewed stout served by a great chap from Kent. All the staff including the barman were efficient & friendly. We shared a Poutine with beef & have to say it was excellent! The atmosphere was great as was the music. Great to hear a bit of The Clash in Canada. All in all the best place we've been to in Montreal, topped off with a brilliant win by England Women's rugby team
So here's the thing. The food was actually fantastic but we were with two young girls ages 12 & 9 & they are used to more'run of the mill' ingredients & flavours & weren't very comfortable with the dishes they ordered. But for adults the food was quite good & some adventurous kids will be fine. The beer selection is good & a wide variety of cocktails available. Nice upper-end pub atmosphere with good music & service.
Nice pub with fairly nice prices. The house beer & wine are quite good as well. The place can get noisy at times because of music our when there are too many people, but the ambience is sufficiently good for one to enjoy. There's a TV as well so you can keep an eye on the score 😉

But music is too loud & requests to turn it down are acknowledged but nothing done about it.
Makes it very difficult & unpleasant to talk amongst us.
Really don't see value of mucus being so unnecessarily loud.
We were sat in a nice booth area at the back of the bar. The vibes were vibing, the music was slapping. The table next to us had some mothers gone wild who hated us, loved us, wanted us to get married & drink their breast milk all at once. It was a night like no other, would recommend to a friend.

The Pub Saint Pierre is a home away from home - good music, good food & service, & good people! The PSP will always be my go-to pub, usually filled with locals, or visitors who return year after year for the wonderful atmosphere & delicious food. Shout out to Neil our wonderful bartender, & owners Vaughan & Romy. You make us all feel so welcome, & we appreciate all the good laughs had, with more to come. Less not forget ,you get to watch your favorite sports (rugby) :). Nathalie
Thanks to the very helpful staff. One improvement would be for the music to not be quite so loud as this is a place where we want to be able to speak to & hear the person next to us.
Unfortunately we did not dine or have a drink as the pub was far too loud. Looked nice & great location. Music was so loud everyone had to raise their voice to talk.
