About us
The Pub Cartier Arms includes a 130 seat restaurant, 30 person terrace, 20 person private dining room and 4500 square feet of banquets and events spaces. As well as, a 14th floor, rooftop restaurant with 360 degree views of Old Montreal, the St-Lawrence seaway, the mountain and downtown Montreal.
All the menus at the Pub Cartier Arms are executed according to three simple philosophies. British inspired, with the highest quality locally sourced ingredients, while being one of the great tables of Montreal.

via LibroService was a little delayed sometimes but otherwise super friendly staff & food kept to its reputation at Burgundy Lion & was solid. Tuna crudo, smash burger & fries were 10/10 👌👌

via LibroFood & service was very good. Table setting is missing placemats or table cloth. Seems weird to have a 5 star meal (quality & price) on a cold metal table with no place setting or cloth. It diminishes the ambience.

Nous avons célébré notre mariage dans une des salles de l'hôtel Hyatt Centric & avons bénéficié de services de première qualité de la part du personnel du restaurant Cartier Arms. La planification impeccable & le dévouement des personnes en charge ont assuré le succès de notre événement. Le buffet offert à nos invités était composé de mets variés & exquis! Mon épouse & moi recommandons vivement le restaurant Cartier Arms à toutes les personnes désirant planifier un événement ou simplement passer une soirée mémorable.
