If you ask me to point out a city hidden gem, Provision is IT! The quality of the meats & service rubs shoulders with Montreal finest restaurants. Provision is HIM!! Plus their burger is lowkey top 5.
I've been to this place 3 times now & recommended it to a lot of friends & family. The quality of the meat is to die for. The service is always wonderful & the wine list is great. The ambiance is warm & intimate. It can get busy but you can still hear yourself speak. I would've given it a 5 star, but I was greatly disappointed of my last visit. I had been wanting to show this place to a friend for a while.While making my reservation, I saw that they offered a special on Monday nights for 25$ which includes: cheeseburger, fries & beer. Thought this would be a great idea for a weekday late night meal with a friend & to support neighbourhood gems. Considering only 3 tables were taken that night including us, I didn't think it would be a bother. The cheeseburger came without fries. It was pointed out by one of the employees but nothing was done. The cheeseburger was delicious, but overall disappointed. It's should've been served as advertised. We were still charged 25$ each despite the missing fries.

Je n'ai jamais été mangé sur place pour le moment mais je prends toujours le Burger ou la poutine à emporter, c'est tout simplement exquis ! Le prix est un peu élevé mais au vu de la qualité, ça vaut vraiment la peine. C'est une de mes poutines favorites avec du steak excellent ! Je recommande !!
We loved it so much, we went back the next day! The food, atmosphere & staff are amazing! Kadeem was our waiter & he did a great job of explaining the origins of the restaurant & he walked us through the process of selecting our steak & pork chop. The food is made to order & they offer the best selection of meats. The fries, salad, mushrooms & desserts all stand on their own & are fresh & well prepared as well. Reservations are recommended. We will definitely return on our next trip to Montreal!
Good was amazing from the starters to main course & what an amazing dessert, the ambiance is nice , they play nice music & the service is very friendly

Well well, this was an experience! first of all, they share space with a butcher shop, so you can imagine the quality of meat. Vegetarian friends, don't be afraid, there are many items to enjoy. I had the tasting menu paired with wine that was great, the wine selection is wonderful & vast. There is something for many tastes, it is high quality & you pay accordingly, the service is great. I definitely recommend this place, take a loan out from your bank & go experience this place, you won't be disappointed.
This is a high-end restaurant, with very good food, amazing staff but quite high prices! A 3 course meal could easily turn out to be 100$ per person, easily breaking the bank! I think the music they play does not match the vibe of the place, but then again, that's my subjective opinion & quite personal
I've always loved coming to Provision for their sandwiches, but after recently using them for catering, I'm even more impressed. The spread they put together was phenomenal! From the setup to the selection, they showed such attention to detail & genuinely catered to our needs. The beef tartare, in particular, was a standout-perfectly seasoned & beautifully presented. I couldn't have asked for a better catering experience. Highly recommend them, whether you're dining in or planning an event.

If you want to eat a great piece of expertly cooked meat, eat here. Some of the staff takes a while to warm up to you but service is usually quick & friendly & food while not cheap, is definitely solid value for the quality you get. Never been tempted to eat every single morsel of a steak before; here, even the fat is scrumptious!
J'ai dernièrement fait appel à Provision pour ses services traiteurs & je ne regrette pas cette décision. Je vous recommande vivement leurs services non seulement ils sont professionnels dans leur approche mais la nourriture est vraiment bonne! Mes convives & moi nous nous sommes bien régalés ... Most likely enjoy the experience here! Staff shows the specialty to introduce the menu:) Beef tartare was amazing! Rib eye not bad 120$ for two,will try more different next time
