Impossible pour moi de juger la qualité de la cuisine puisque je n'ai pas été servi, je suis rentré, personne ne m'a accueilli au bout de cinq minutes, j'ai décidé de quitter les lieux
Food was good & service was great. The only reason I an giving it a 4 out 5 is because the cut of steak had wayyy to much fat. Especially for the price paid. Otherwise everything was amazing

From the moment we walked in, this restaurant exceeded every expectation & a huge part of that was thanks to Jules, our incredible server. His energy, professionalism, & deep knowledge of the menu instantly set the tone for an unforgettable lunch date to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Every course was a masterpiece, flavors that danced, presentation that wowed, & pacing that was absolutely perfect. Jules guided us through the menu like a seasoned storyteller, recommending dishes & pairings that quite literally blew our minds. It felt like he could read exactly what we were in the mood for, & he nailed it every time.
What made the lunch truly special was the warmth & genuine care Jules showed throughout. We felt like VIPs without any of the pretension, pure hospitality at its finest. 👌🏼
If you're looking for more than just a meal, if you want a true dining experience, this is the place. & if you're lucky enough to have Jules as your server, you're in for something truly special.
Shoutout to the chef too, Jose! We never ate a steak frites as succulent as this one! 👌🏼
We'll absolutely be back. Bravo! Do yourself a favor & book your reservation now!
Everything was delicious. I highly recommend the tasting menu. The fish crudo was my fav! That acidity was perfection. The way they seared the foie gras was amazing. Great butcher next to a high end & cozy dining/bar seating area. We sat from 6pm to 11pm, & never once we felt like they were rushing us out. Service is 💯
Thanks for the great food & attentive service. It was an excellent service from the start when we were setting up a reservation for 8 people. The execution was on point. The wine selection was excellent.
Provisions Bar à Vin had been on my recommended list for a while thanks to a good friend - & I'm so glad we finally went. The concept is unique: a high-quality butcher with a stylish seating area & bar right next to it, making it both inviting & original.
We tried les incontournables & everything was a hit. The Parker House roll (a soft brioche-style bread with their special whipped butter) was delicious & zesty. The Profiteroles with chicken liver mousse, topped with truffles, struck the perfect sucré-salé balance. & the scallop nuggets with three house-made sauces (gochujang ranch, Szechuan BBQ, XO sauce) are an absolute must-try.
For the main, we shared a beautiful T-bone steak - they even bring it to the table first so you can admire the cut. I usually go medium well, & this one was cooked perfectly. It's served with butter you brush on using a thyme leaf, which adds such a nice touch. We went with chimichurri sauce - absolutely delicious & one of the best steaks I've had in the city. On the side, we had their big-cut fries & garlic mushrooms, both excellent. My oldest went for their cheeseburger & fries, which was also a winner.
Overall, Provisions Bar à Vin is a spot where everything feels thoughtful - from the concept to the flavors. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy one of the best steaks in town along with creative small plates in a great atmosphere.
