Tellement déçus du service. Après que notre commande a été oubliée (ce qui peut arriver malgré le peu de monde ce soir-là), une table de 6 personnes a été placée & littéralement collée à la nôtre. Nous n'avions plus d'espace pour profiter de notre moment & avons préféré écourter notre passage tant c'était désagréable. Dommage car la nourriture est très bonne, ce qui m'encourage à ne pas descendre sous les 3 étoiles, bien que notre expérience le mériterait.Voir plus

Throughout the years I have been going to Projet Pilote for a couple of drinks, some times food & celebrated my birthday here last year. The service never disappoints! In fact it has been consistently excellent, friendly, attentive & over all well managed. The atmosphere is pleasant because the staff work well as a team & they take pride in their work place. As Americans from Vermont we have always found the Montrealais warm & welcoming. We share elements of a common culture & are treated like cousins in Montreal. Le Project Pilote is no exception. We were welcomed warmly, entertained by the spirits manager & the bar tender, & enjoying excellent beer & cocktails. They even claimed to understand my poor French, kind of them! The ambiance is of a friendly, local pub but don't be fooled. The bartending is top notch & the spirits manager will give you a tutorial on all things related to liquor quality, provenance, & the industry in general. These folks are experts at what they do. The cocktails are tasty, but the place emptied out quickly. By 9 o'clock on a weekday, the bar was nearly deserted. Maybe it's a Montreal thing, but we were expecting the vibe to last until at least 11:00Voir plus

Not sure if Montreal has a huge happy hour scene, but the fact that you can get $5 pints on tap here is a steal in today's economy. Project Pilote is a fabulous green bar that functions as a mini brewery/distillery that also serves food during the kitchen's open hours. We had a variety of drinks to choose from & the staff there were very accommodating & helpful in picking out the best drafts. We ended up staying for an hour just relaxing after battling for fries next door, & I'd definitely go back again.Voir plus

Pretty space. Service was friendly & efficient but not really attentive at all after the initial order. Shrimp toast was delicious, smash burger was typical, both overpriced for what they are though. They don't come with any sides by the way. Mint Julep inspired cocktail was strong & smooth, forgot the name though.Voir plus
On est aller un Lundi, on as pris le souper découverte & c'était le meilleur rapport qualité prix que jai vue a mlt. Salade de légumes cultivé sur le toit, 2 côtelettes d'agneau & un dessert pour 35$ (jai aussi pris le menu découverte alchool qui allait a merveille avec les plats) . Le menu changes chaque mois & jai bien l'intention dy retourner chaque premier lundi du mois. Le service était incroyable merci a Azure qui a été super a l'écoute de toutes mes questions & qui a vraiment ajouté a l'expérience avec sa gentillesse. Côté ambiance il y avais dla musique live toute douce style jazzy qui ajoutait une touche magique au décor & éclairage déjà super agréable dla place. Je recommende fortement!!Voir plus

L'ambiance est top, les serveuses & le barman sont vraiment à l'écoute & prennent le temps d'expliquer. Les cocktails sont bons, la cuisine aussi mais les portions trop petites pour être des plats. Je recommande pour des soirées entre amis!Voir plus
I love beer....beer was beautifully crafted, but that pales in comparison to the freshness & detail in the cocktails & food. The food is unbelievable. & the service.... They thoroughly enjoyed serving us... Which is telling of a place that loves what they do!Voir plus

The food here was amazing! Would definitely recommend the burger!! Our server/bartender was amazing (sad we didn't get his name) he spoke 3 languages & was very attentive & knowledgeable, as it got busy he went to work more behind the bar & we had a waitress take over who also did a great job.
