Don't compare this place to cheap fast-food chains. I tried their smashed burger & the meat quality is excellent. They bring in fresh, butcher-style meat, not frozen patties.
The fries were the only disappointment for me. They were brownish & not crispy, apparently this is how they do it in QC. I prefer fries that are golden & crunchy.

I understand that it can be a bit pricey, but many find that it tastes divine. I really appreciate the texture of the meat & bun, especially the new one-I think you'll love it. I highly recommend giving it a try.

The service at Prime in Royalmount mall is so amazing. I went with my 1 year old son & 2 year old nephew. I asked if they were able to make something off menu for the kids & without any hesitation they offered to make them items on the house.
They then brought it to the table without being asked. The food is always fantastic but the service makes the experience even better. I will be back again.
