Not bad but overpriced. Tasty burger, but quite greasy. Fries not to my personal taste : not crispy, they're like the soft brown fries you find in la belle province or Lafleur. Too much, when you think about it in the end it's just a burger place in a food court.

Amazing burgers! The Care center (people w disabilities & their caregivers) was at the mall for the first time! We were treat so good :) the owner is amazing. The burgers were so good & juicy! The fried chicken burger was my favorite ❤? the service was great:) really recommend!

Service would be a 3 because meal took ages to arrive, & the waitress just handed the plates The food was 2 smashed burgers fries & it's sauce & pouting Everything too salty , & I do love salty but not like that. Onion carbonized as well as around the burguer but real carbon. carbonized .

I had the roast beef sandwich & fries, utterly mouth watering & spectacular. Roast beef nice & rare with a great gravy dip. The combination of caramelized onions & horseradish, amuses the palette. Fries are always great. As always the personal & friendly service of Lenny & his team are outstanding.

Picked up a roast beef sandwich for takeout & they did not include the sauce that comes with it when you eat it there. Very disappointing.
Are they that cheap. $50 for a roast beef sandwich & fries & nothing else!

The burgers are fine but ridiculously expensive & horrible service, inexperienced staff. The woman at the cache forced us to put two different orders on one buzzer. Then when the buzzer rang only one order was ready. I asked the employee who was handing out the platters & he said he would bring it over. Fine. We waited, my friend showed up twice politely asked for the order the same guy dismissed her. I had to go again & he completely ignored it & claimed there was only one order on the buzzer.
They finally gave us the second order 15 minutes after the first one. What was the point of putting order of two different people on the same buzzer when you can't deliver it? & you ask for tip too?! Ridiculous.

I've tried just about every great burger in the city, & the smash burger from Prime is the one I can't stop thinking about. This isn't one of those paper-thin, lacy smash burgers either - this is a real burger. Thick, juicy, meaty, with an incredible crust on the outside. You can taste the quality of the beef & the fat rendering into every bite. Packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, & served on a soft Martin's potato roll. Absolute top-tier burger.

Fries, Caesar salad, prime rib sandwich & hotdog are also top tier.
