I just looooove this place!! The food is tasty; you pay for quality. Hands down one of the best burger i had; it was juicy, the bun was crispy on the outside & soft on the inside & their sauce is simply delicious. The chicken sandwich is very well seasoned & very juicy while still being crispy, & the caesar salad is a big portion & you can taste that it is homemade sauce with fresh lettuce. I feel like all their ingredients are quality, especially the meats.
The staff is great, always smiling & i never had any mistakes made with my order.

Hands down BEST burger in the city!! I'm also obsessed with the chicken caesar salad, I have it at least once a week. The staff are amazing & they make you feel like you're part of the family from the moment you walk in. You cannot come to Royalmount without stopping at Prime!!
This might actually be the best burger I've had in forever.
The smash? Life altering. Like'where has this been all my life?' levels.
The au jus… unreal. The fries? Crispy, thick, perfect. & the gravy?? A full 10/10 experience.
Truly one of those meals you think about on the drive home.
I ended up going to Prime two days in a row, so I feel like I got a pretty fair sense of the food. First day, I brought a guest & tried the fried chicken burger with coleslaw, & honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken itself was a thick, perfectly cooked piece of breast-juicy, tender, & well-seasoned. The coleslaw was decent & added a nice crunch. The regular burger, though, was exactly that: regular. Nothing memorable.
The prices are definitely on the higher end for a cafeteria-style setup. I get that the atmosphere is elevated, but still… it adds up quickly.
The biggest disappointment was the Caesar salad. Easily one of the worst I've had-no real Caesar flavour at all. Just some parmesan crisps thrown on top & that's it.
On day two, I tried the poutine with pulled beef. The cheese curd situation was honestly ridiculous-I could count how many were in the bowl. Maybe half a handful. The pulled beef had a nice texture but lacked flavour, & overall the dish felt incomplete.
Fries have a nice colour & occasional crisp, but for the most part they were limp & not enjoyable.
Overall: some hits, some misses, but definitely not consistent enough for me to be excited about going back.

The servers & staff were super nice & helpful!! I tried the lobster roll & my girlfriend had the new grilled Chicken ceasar salad. The lobster is expensive but it was so buttery, delicious & big! 😋 The chicken was also perfectly seasoned & juicy. The server brought our food straight to us with our drinks & even a bowl of water for the table next to us who had a dog ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐? The owner himself even offered us a free brownie dessert on the house!! Spectacular experience only reason Atmosphere is rated a 4 is because of all the crying children on the weekend 😅
Top notch beef quality with great ingredients used. They certainly don't cut down on quality. This is not your average hole in wall burger joint. You cannot pass on the Roast Beef sandwich if you do love roast beef. The black garlic sauce of the Wagyu burger is absolutely phenomenal. Safe to say they have the best burgers in Montreal! The service is fast & great as well, special mention to Mike. The team will accommodate you to their best ability. Out of all places of the mall, this is where you'd want to go. I certainly will be coming back many times to come!

2 burgers bon sans plus, une salade de chou du commerce & une portion de frites, autour de 64$ pas de service… à vous de voir… c'est le prix de 5 kilos de boeuf haché au costco.
Don't compare this place to cheap fast-food chains. I tried their smashed burger & the meat quality is excellent. They bring in fresh, butcher-style meat, not frozen patties.
The fries were the only disappointment for me. They were brownish & not crispy, apparently this is how they do it in QC. I prefer fries that are golden & crunchy.
