Ordered carrot & bears juice nothing added natural. They added extra ginger & added too much water & things 3 times I asked for a renewed juice without any honey or ginger or anything added. Anyways, I'll pay & leave they were good seems like all good things, they start off good & service starts going bad.

Absolutely the best bubble tea spot in the area! They have an incredible variety of flavors, so there's something for everyone, & every drink we've tried has been delicious.

What really sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service. Simon gave us the best experience from the moment we walked in. He was welcoming, patient, & genuinely passionate about helping us choose the perfect drinks. It's rare to find service this friendly & attentive.

If you're looking for amazing bubble tea & exceptional customer service, this is the place to go. We'll definitely be coming back!

Don't miss this experience!!!! The teas are truly excellent, the variety is fantastic, the place is very cozy, the quality is incredible, & the service is impeccable… Simon, who served us, was super friendly, helpful, & had a great vibe!!! It definitely became my favorite place

I ordered today & unfortunately received the wrong item at first. I informed the staff & they kindly replaced it with the correct one. However, the service could be improved as the experience was not very smooth. I hope next time the order will be prepared more carefully. Thank you🙂
