Absolutely the best bubble tea spot in the area! They have an incredible variety of flavors, so there's something for everyone, & every drink we've tried has been delicious.

What really sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service. Simon gave us the best experience from the moment we walked in. He was welcoming, patient, & genuinely passionate about helping us choose the perfect drinks. It's rare to find service this friendly & attentive.

Don't miss this experience!!!! The teas are truly excellent, the variety is fantastic, the place is very cozy, the quality is incredible, & the service is impeccable… Simon, who served us, was super friendly, helpful, & had a great vibe!!! It definitely became my favorite place

I ordered today & unfortunately received the wrong item at first. I informed the staff & they kindly replaced it with the correct one. However, the service could be improved as the experience was not very smooth. I hope next time the order will be prepared more carefully. Thank you🙂

I'm shocked at the quality of the bubble tea. The tapioca is perfect, nice an chewy but not too chewy. & the tea is not too bitter or sweet. Best bubble tea I've had from Presotea
